Poor quality apartments for the price. A pool that is barely accessible... It took weeks to fix the entry door to the building I live in. Also, there is a big hole in front of the building. It's a drain with a broken grate. A child or adult can easily get hurt, it is in the middle of the grass. I will not be renewing my lease with Somerset.

Due to my work my family was needing to move from Cincinnati to Cleveland recently. It's me, my wife our son and our two huskies so we had to do a lot of searching for the size of our family and I happened across somerset. I called saying we were very interested in their bigger apartments and they set up a self showing the next day. We decided we loved the place and the moment I put in my application they were right on doing everything they could to approve us. Even got us moved in a whole week before we were expecting to. Long story short, if you're looking for a place that cares about you. Somerset

Apartments are dirty, old carpet, outdated appliances and cabinets. If you need anything done or have issues with your account, or anything else that involves speaking with the office good luck getting an answer or response from someone. Not one person in the office seems to know what they're doing and never get back to you. I have been given different information every time I call in. Tenants should not have to harass the office for information about their lease, suite, or anything else. I was hesitant to write this because I was hoping the issues I continue to have would subside, but the issues

Great place to live! I compared other properties in the area and this one was the best fit for my family. My apartment is spacious with new paint, new carpet and newer appliances. The staff is attentive and very helpful if any issues arise. The fitness center and pool were both recently renovated. 😀 Many options! You can rent out the clubhouse if you would like to host a party. Flexible leasing options. You can rent here from 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 months or 24 months. Just received a door notice about why it is important to clean up after your dog. Funny that for the last week and a half the dog bins are completely overflowing with waste and not cleaned out at all on a regular basis, and are like this all the time. But I should make sure to pick up after my pet to place it in the piles out the trash.

Really nice apartments. The prices are not bad for the area at all and the girls in the office were really helpful. My sister and I ultimately decided to go with something closer to Downtown Cleveland, but if it wasn't for the commute, we definitely would've chosen Somerset. It's a great location and the buildings were well maintained (new carpet in the hallways and they said they were getting new front doors soon, too).

My son and I will have lived here 4 years come November and we have been very happy. The staff has always been very nice and quite responsive! When I've put in a maintenance request, it was taken care of within a day or two. I love the newsletter they put out and the events they plan to make an apartment complex a caring community... a family. It's a very pet friendly complex that includes its own dog park. There is also a beautiful clubhouse, a pool and gym! The apartments are spacious and I love my balcony, it's a great size and has become like an additional living space! Somerset's location

My husband and I have been living here for a year now and we absolutely love it! We have one daughter who is 12 and a sweet little dog as well. The management team has been nothing but amazing, especially Shannon who has been a blessing. She's always there for us!! It's such a cozy environment. Our apartment and layout is just beautiful! Everything was brand new when we moved in, new paint, new bathroom and kitchen floors, and new carpet! I've never seen a more beautiful apartment around here. I'm a very picky person choosing a place to live because I have a daughter and I knew this was the place

This is a great place to live. We downsized from a home in Lakewood and we actually have more square footage in the 2 bedroom apartment we reside. The staff is friendly, the property is quiet, the fellow residents are friendly. The pool is adequate, the clubhouse is nice. We have been here almost a year and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend this property for someone who like the quiet, a spacious up to date suite, with great ammenities

We paid a HUGE amount of money to move in to these apartments. When we moved in the apartment was filthy. The"repair" work done for us to move in was shoddy. The quality of residents has declined over the years. We complained to the office numerous times regarding our neighbors noise that would shake our apartment literally! We started looking for another place to live and were lucky find our dream home. We had three months left on our lease and knew there would be consequences to breaking our lease. Even though ORC considers vacating the premises prior to lease expiration as breaking
