I miss the old property manager. This new one seems to be disorganized. She lost my paperwork, kept cutting me off while I was speaking, and kept giving me the wrong information. I would like to contact her boss so I can discuss these issues, but I'm unable to find that contact information. So annoying

Trying to get real information from Yvonne via email was a frustrating disastrous experience. The pictures on the website make Douglas Square look very pleasant and appealing. I have never had to beg for information the way I had to beg Yvonne. It was like pulling teeth! I will most certainly NOT CONSIDER Douglas Square because of her complete and utter lack of effort and inability to communicate.
