I inquired about a laptop repair. We did a quick consult over the phone and was able to send photos. They were upfront with me and told me based on what I was able to show them, that the repair wouldn't be possible. They didn't charge me or beat around the bush, which I appreciate. Had the repair been possible, I would've taken it to them immediately.

I contacted them for a laptop repair. Me, being the dummy that I was, ripped out the wifi card connector when trying to pry open my laptop. I thought I was in the clear, turns out I wasn't. I reached out, sent them photos, and they got back to me to let me know that it wasn't going to be a possible repair. They didn't make me bring it in first, or pay for the quick consultation. This service alone, makes me want to bring them and refer them to everyone.

Been here several times over the years for different repairs, Mac and PC both, these guys do a great job, everyone there is nice and helpful too!

I have a 6 year old PC and it's starting to show signs of age. On two separate occasions, Peter's PC Repair managed to rescue my WIN7 machine, allowing me to keep all of my downloaded software and saving me the cost of an upgrade.

Made an appointment this morning at 10:30 am and came in to ask about my desktop not working properly. Peter looked over my PC quickly after hearing my problems with it and could pretty much guess the problem was my graphics card. He tests the gpu out and finds that it's not working for him either so he tested a different gpu in my computer and worked like a charm.

Last year after buying a new laptop, I was going through the process of transferring over all the data from my various hard drives. Everything was going fine until I tried connecting an old internal drive that I've had for over 10 years. When my computer wouldn't recognize it, I started to panic--this drive contained a TON of data that means a lot to me, including photos, videos, and recording projects.

I am an idiot and spilled water on my work laptop keyboard. I was nearly having a panic attack when I realized several of my keys were no longer registering. I was contacted quickly and was told I could bring my laptop in same day, but I had a meeting so scheduled another time.

Dropped off my laptop (needed a new part), approved the quote, and a week later I had my laptop and it's good as new! That part needed to be ordered so most of the time had to do with waiting for the new part to come

I had an old MacBook Pro that was having issues starting up and had screen glitches during startup. I actually took it to another place first and they couldn't figure the issue out. Brought it to Peter's PC Repair and they were able to figure out the issue and give me a great price on the repair. They were straightforward, explained things clearly and patiently answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

I had lost all my files and had major printing problems. Peter went online with me and in a short time had everything working just fine. When he asked for his fee, I thought he had worked longer and said I would pay more. Peter refused my offer, and just charged what he thought it should be.
It is wonderful to meet and honest person who really knows computers too.

This place is AMAZING!!!!! My computer was not installing Microsoft office and I couldn't figure it out. I spent 2 days trying to fix it myself and nothing I did worked. Fast service. They diagnosed my RazerBlade laptop with a cracked motherboard, which helped me to get my insurance to cover the cost of repair. Unfortunately they could not repair it themselves because Razer has the worst customer service of all time, but that isn't their fault.

Always told myself I would write a review after my experience but never got around to it, until now. I'm horrible, I know.
Anyways! A couple months ago I tried to turn on my 2018 MacBook but it simply wouldn't turn on. Tried to charge it because I thought the battery was out but no luck. Writing this review for my other half who's been having laptop issues for quite a while before he found Peter's PC Repair.

The battery on his laptop was broken so he wasn't able to use his computer without plugging the power cord, which meant we needed to be near an outlet at all times. There were times where we would go to a cafe with his laptop to get some work done, but wouldn't be able to use it because there were no outlets or they were all being used.
