I had a wonderful experience living at Echo Ridge. The apartment complex is beautiful, well located and friendly. The staff is amazing. Echo Ridge property manager Carly Rotolo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process of application for and move into the apartment. She spent a great deal of time assisting us with all parts of the process.The apartment is in excellent condition and Tom, the maintenance manager, is very friendly and helpful. Throughout the complex the apartment buildings and landscaping are very attractive and well maintained. The quiet wooded environment provides an enjoyable place to live.

The on-site management gals really work for the renters. When things don’t turn out perfect, they do whatever they can, within the company parameters, to get things back on track. The assistant manager, Carly, is extremely caring, going out of her way to facilitate even the simplest need. Whether you put in an official request or just talk to her in passing she makes sure the job gets done in an appropriate amount of time with 100% satisfaction. We were having a difficult time with our sink faucet when we first moved in and not only did she ensure it was replaced the very next day she also called

5 Stars! :) I highly recommend Echo Ridge Apartments, not only for the ideal location but also the staff and management are amazing! From move in to move out I felt welcomed. Suzy is an incredible asset to this company. She was kind, thoughtful and always had my best interest at heart. I went through a rough patch in my life for about a year (hence the move) and she was professional yet helpful when I chose to move back home. She certainly had my back and I’m grateful for that and for her!

We moved here a year ago and have just renewed our lease. Echo Ridge is a great place to live. The apts are really nice, the grounds are beautiful,,and well maintained. The location is wonderful too. Can walk to so many of restaurants and grocery store and parks. Wonderful community to be part of. Carly who is in office is so nice to work with. Tom is the maintance person and he makes sure your requests are taken care of. Carly does, too. Highly recommend Echo Ride as a place to live in Snoqualmie Ridge. Snoqualmie Ridge offers so much to people who live here. You will fall in love with Echo Ridge

I can't say enough good things about Suzy and the team at Echo Ridge. From the very start they were friendly, responsive, and genuine. Later, when we ran into an issue, Suzy went above and beyond to help remedy matters quickly and ensure we were happy with our living situation. Unlike other rental communities we've lived in, we feel that Echo Ridge really stands out as something special. We're grateful we found it and grateful for the staff who make it such a warm place to live.

I really like this place. The folks who work here are friendly and so are the neighbors. The apartments have high ceilings and fireplaces and are laid out well. The kitchen is just right. Maintenance people both indoors and out are on top of everything. I live in a bottom unit and it's very quiet -- I cannot hear the next door neighbors at all. The only neighbor sounds I hear are from upstairs, which is normal. I feel the rent is a little bit high, and it goes up a bit every year. They do nickel and dime you with little odds and ends -- all are in the contract, though, so no surprises. The pet
