We lived at Vue for a year and really enjoyed our time there. The grounds were well maintained and the unit we had was updated. Great place for kids because of the playground at the center of the community. One thing to note is that the walls/floors/doors *are* quite thin and noise does travel. We had some difficulty coordinating with the leasing office during our move-in, but since we didn't have issues for the rest of the year we're happy with our overall experience. Special shoutout to Enrique for being the best maintenance guy - super friendly and really helpful and prompt!

I love this community, the scenery, and how close it is to everything. The renovated apartments are nice yet overpriced. However, the most negative elements are as follows:
The neighboring community has used and vandalizes our amenities. This summer, they were throwing the recliners and other furniture into the pool. Within my first year here, there was domestic violence and gunshots in the building across from me, and then again last night. Some of the new residents have stolen packages, bikes, and other items; and as of recent, multiple cars have been broken into and vandalized. The community

I’ve been here for about nine months and love my unit, it has a great layout. The community has great amenities including a gym, a pool, and playground. I really appreciate the extra storage in my garage, the maintenance and cleanliness on site. There were some bumps at the beginning but Enrique and Josh helped make up for it with their responsiveness to all service requests over the last few months. I love walking around Highland Drive, there’s so much to explore and the location is so close to so many restaurants and great stores plus the transit center.

Update. Let me be a little more clear, the mold is all around the 916 building. Probably because they haven’t replaced the beauty bark since I moved in here almost 3 yrs ago. And now there’s a $10 fee when paying rent. It’s the little things…

Just moved in a little over a week ago and it’s super quite love the location. The office and maintenance have been wonderful and helped us with everything we have needed so far! The views are absolutely gorgeous and the inside of our townhome is very nice! Have not experienced any issues within the home yet and we are happy with picking this place!

I've lived here for three years and going on year four now after signing my recent extension. I absolutely LOVE the location and my unit. Conveniently near all necessary amenities like shopping and transportation. Enrique and Trey from the Maintenance team are the best to work with. They're very friendly, get the work done right and follow up on any issues you've reached out to them for. We have lived here for 5 years and are finally leaving. The first 3.5 years were pretty good, when it was under initial management and called "Issaquah Terrace." But ever since management changed to FPI, it's been not so great. The parking situation is horrible, we always have to drive around looking for spots depending on the time of day. Sometimes there is absolutely no parking like on Friday or Saturday nights. The office staff are constantly changing, I never know who I'm talking to. The dumpsters are always overflowing-- they need to get more to accommodate the people living

I'm willing to be that this place pays Yelp to move their good reviews to the top of their page and the bad reviews down. Surprisingly it doesn't work too well when you only have 1 review more than 2 stars. Rude staff who don't know what they're doing, very bad parking situation, and the unit was not in shape to let new residents in. Very underwhelming, especially for the price. I've been in similar apartments for $600 less a month. And what we pay per month is a good $200 more than they disclosed to us.

We moved in on a Saturday and the staff were so rushed to get out of the office we didn't even get a walk through of our apartment or a tour at all. We were given the wrong mail key, and were told someone would be there Sunday (the next day). Surprise no one was there at all on Sunday the whole day. Since then, the office has had a new staff person every season, and doesn't appear to maintain the community even when all amenities have been closed

Newest management company is poor at best. Very little to no communication, maintenance is slow and you will never see anyone cleaning up around the grounds. Called the office during the last wind storm over a week ago about our tree that fell down and no one has bothered to touch it or say anything more to us about it.

Don't even think about moving here! I lived here for 2 years and 6 months. I was a quiet tenant that paid my rent on time every month. When FPI Management took over the property about 6 months ago the level of customer service, responsiveness and professionalism went from a 10 to -1. FPI Management was unorganized, unresponsive, unprofessional and borderline unethical. Let me begin with thank god I avoiding moving here. Do NOT move here. I put a deposit down for a 2 bedroom 1 bath back in January. We weren't moving until tomorrow and had already signed a lease for a 2 bedroom 1 bath. We emailed them 10 days ago with our rental insurance and additional questions about move in that any property manager would know the answers too. I showed up yesterday to get clarification before we moved in 1 day, and we had found out that they had given our apartment away to someone else. If I could give zero stars I would. Used to be Issaquah Terrace and was a decent place to live. But Vue acquired them and it's been horrible! No online rent payments, no responses when emailing or calling the office, and then they try to scam you into additional terms when you say you're moving out! There are TONS of other places in Issaquah Highlands - I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anybody! Renter be warned...

Falling apart!!! Warning! This apartment complex just got sold to new owners and changed name to Vue Issaquah. It used to be called Issaquah Terrace Apartments but it had such a bad reputation they had to change names although nothing has been improved! Take a look at the original business to see the kind of run down mess this place really is! This place is completely falling apart and the new management does nothing but blame the old management and owners. Stairwells have fallen apart and the floors and wall are paper thin! They market this place as luxury but in reality it's cheaply made
