We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.

We are following up with our review. Do not rent here! The units are old and run down with no intention to fix or upgrade. The rent keeps going up with no intention to update the units. I have complained several times but for the money you can find a much better place with current appliances and amenities.
The staff here is nice. But they cannot do much to help with owners uninterested in anything other than increasing rent. Very sad that there is no recourse to get owners to inspect units and do upgrades. We have gone through several owner changes and none have addressed concerns. Broken appliances

I have moved to Langara at the beginning of October.
Since I relocated from Europe I could not see the apartment, but I relied on the great ratings I have read in Google reviews.
I was able to rent the apartment in just 2 days, just on time for my arrival.
Vanessa from the leasing office was very helpful and responsive and I am so glad I chose Langara.
The property is great and the neighbors are also very nice. I have a 5 years old son that does not speak English and the other kids and theirs parents are making a huge difference and making us fell so welcome. In only a few days my kid already

We've lived here now for over 4 years, it's very convenient to get around to Bellevue or the Highlands. What keeps us living here thought is the office and maintenance staff. Jim is the most amazing man ever! We had our hot water heater go out and he was there in under 10 minutes to get the process going to getting it cleaned up and replaced. We even called before office hours!

We have lived in many places all over the world and Langara apartments in Issaquah is on the top of the list. The community is extremely friendly, environment is peaceful and clean, and it is close to people and places that are important to us. We like how we are tucked away but not to far from the city. It is a great place, 5 stars for sure!
