Vale Apartments

We love living in this apartment complex, and the management is exceptional. Ali has always gone above and beyond to help tenants like us living in this building and is highly customer-obsessed. We had a few personal issues that we recently brought up, and Ali and her team took the best measures to ensure that we were satisfied with the outcome without making it difficult for us. We lived in other apartment communities managed by Bozzuto and Holland residential, but no other apartment community has treated us like real people how Thrive's management has treated us. We're moving to Seattle from out of state and we were positive Issaquah was too far out of the way since we're working in downtown Seattle. We impulsively decided to check out these apartments because the pictures looked almost too good to be true but alas, how wrong we were.

Dennis fit us in for a viewing with under 20 minutes notice and gave us a comprehensive tour that answered all our questions, and was even kind enough to do yet another tour a few days later before our flight back to our home state just so we could see some other aspects of the property and get to know the area

We left the city for the suburbs and were a bit apprehensive at first. We wanted a place with AC, quiet and walkable. Our apartment had a great view of trees, little to no road noise and AC for those hot days. Overall we were happy.
The management team is great. Ali addressed any concerns quickly and the maintenance staff were professional and friendly. The building was kept clean and the amenities and trash, etc. are convenient.
Vale is walking distance to everything you need and a short drive to even more. We didn't feel like we were living in the suburns, yet the apartment was private.

My husband and I lived there for almost two years, we moved out because we decided to buy a house. We loved living at Vale, the property was always kept clean, the staff made the apartment feel like home, always quick to respond to an e-mail or request and so friendly! Parking can get a little bit tough if you do not purchase a parking spot. The apartment themselves, gorgeous, the large windows, the high ceilings, the closet space. When we first moved in I was worried about hearing our neighbors, well in just under 2 years we heard our upstairs neighbors a few times, I think they had a dog so sometimes

Vale apartments is amazing! The staff that works here are beyond sweet and helpful, Carlos one of the staff members on the maintenance team is exceptional with his work as well as professional; he came in on his time off and helped me out which I am very grateful for!!!

Carlos (who does maintenance) is kind, helpful, polite and effective. I really like having him around.
Also Ali and Heather who supervise the building are incredibly helpful.
I just love this place!
UPDATE
Just saw maintenance cleaning something so promptly on a Saturday! This place continues to amaze me. The apartments are SO nice! Quiet, friendly - I feel like I am in a 5 star hotel!

I've had a wonderful experience at Vale. Ali is hands down AMAZING, has been from the beginning and can't thank her enough.
Carlos has also always gone above and beyond - really appreciate his communication and thoroughness!

I was one of the first people to sign a lease here at Vale, before the building was even finished. The staff here were so welcoming and went out of their way to create a sense of community. The building has recently changed management companies and they have also been great. The building is beautiful and I love my apartment. Lots of space, natural light, and tons of great places to walk around and enjoy.

Great, amazing, and exciting staff members that make you feel at home and treat u as part of a bigger family which is the community. There is always sweets and desserts at the front desk ready for whoever comes by to eat them which always tastes really good. Great view from outside and many services such as gym, lounge area, and even a shuffle board. Living in here makes you feel as if you are living in a bigger community of individuals who are all open and polite to talk to each other!!

I absolutely love this place, management here is amazing and always are quick to respond to any questions and concerns. My first maintenance request took only 2 days and I love the great communication they have here. I recently had a traumatic experience at my old apartment and probably been a headache for them, but I'm so grateful for them putting me at ease, and making me feel cared for and understood. It goes a long ways. Hannah and Z are amazing and always energetic and bubbly, which I always can look forward seeing them. Z recently told me about the wonderful events they have here monthly

I just moved into these apartments on the 1st and to be honest this has been one of the best places I've ever lived. Everything from signing papers to picking up keys has been extremely easy, and the entire leasing staff has been amazing every step of the way. The apartments are meticulous, and all of the common areas are very well maintained. Shoutout to the #valesquad: Julia, Abby, Zee, and Hannah you girls are awesome!
