Creekside Apartments

Scheduled a tour at 10.30am, they confirmed it. I came to the office and saw the sign on the door: “I’ll come back at 11am”. Seriously? Thank you for wasting my time👍👍👍

Wow the website photos compared with the actual photos of this place are so far off. Definitely go check out the place before getting too excited.

The manager is awesome friendly and helpful the place is great and in a good location

The location is wonderful. The units could use a major upgrade, but you also get what you pay for. Maintenance is lacking. Parking is hard to find, but there is tons of available parking on Newport Way. The people living here are pretty chill, quiet and nice. Never had a noise issue here in 3 years. This is the only apartment that my wife and I really didn't want to leave but we outgrew it.

Lived here for the better part of 10 months. You can't beat the location, nearby trails and the creek is your backyard. Downtown Issaquah has the best places to eat. Abby does a great job managing through pinnacle. She responds to emails and inquiries very quickly.
Each building has a washer and dryer so that's the only downfall.. shared laundry.
The price is what you pay for so the neighbors might be questionable but the location and management company make up for it.

I have lived here for almost 2.5 years. I love the management and the area. Easy walk to Squak or Tiger mountains and downtown Issaquah. Also, right along a couple bus lines if you have no other transportation. Could use some updates, but management keeps things running smoothly. Highly recommend!

Before I give my input, I just wanted to say that thus far after two years, I have loved living here.
That being said- there are a few “downsides”, but I see most of them more as quirks. The pool and hot tub will randomly close even in season, I believe for a lot of maintenance reasons. The interior is outdated, but it’s not like you walk into that blindly, and it is what you make it. We made our place look really nice! Parking can get rather annoying because there isn’t much of it. There are designated parking spots, and the only other spots available are three visitor in the front and

We haven't lived here too long, but so far it's great. Close to everything in Issaquah, WA. Especially the trails. Front desk is helpful and maintenance man is always smiling and talking with you about your day.
