Venice Cove

I have reported several issues over a year ago and nothing has been completed. Only 1 burner works on my stove, dishwasher full of water and roaches, refrigerator leaking and full of roaches, my smoke detectors have been going off forever and I am afraid if there is a fire I will burn up. My work orders have been closed out without a reason. I would greatly appreciate it if my issues can be resolved within the next 7 days.

Any 2 or 3 bedrooms available for November 2021? Does anyone answer or return emails ?

I came here hoping I can get a response from the manager because clearly by me leaving emails and messages with the staff, I won't get a response. Hopefully this work.(after 6 months of trying). To add to the response from the owner, I have sent emails and no one responds to them.

My family and I were looking for a place to live. We decided to check out Venice Cove. When walking into the office we met the most professional, respectful, friendly, and informative staff named Ms. Felicia. She made us feel so comfortable as she spoke with us. Felicia was patient with everything that was needed from us. Every question we asked was answered honestly and upfront. We were so amazed how professional and friendly she was. I honestly say every office should have a person like Ms. Felicia to welcome and guide you through such an experience.

I called many times no answer. in desperate need for 1 bedroom for my son who is going to college in Ft Lauderdale, after many attempt someone by the name of Felicia answer and was no help at all not professional, did not answer my questions and was yelling at someone else while on the phone with me, was not paying attention to my concerns or question and just brushed me off telling there was no apt avail when the website say there is. Just because I said he is coming from NYC. We make enough money to pay for 3 apartments and he is a great young man. Very unprofessional . The name says it all FELICIA

I literally had to call 22 times in a row, just to get in contact with someone since it's difficult to get ahold of staff. Except, they kept sending me to voicemail. Also, I submitted an application for a unit 3 weeks ago, but Maria explained that they have to go through everyone's paperwork. Which, I understand. However, I applied once it was available and still haven't received any follow-ups. When applying for other apartment complexes, I would be notified within a few days. So, this should not be used as an excuse for why it's taking this long.

Do to high demand it is a wait time to get into contact with Venice cove but they definitely respond they are great with following up I suggest that anyone who has questions and concerns leave an email ms Perez definitely helped me out she was a life saver when I was trying to get in contact with someone to get on the waiting list . She helped me become more understanding and I love how she made sure I was acknowledged.

Never can get anyone on the phone morning, noon or night it is SO impossible
I call almost everyday at all times, i have even came by there on my days off. I've left several messages an nothing. I do understand the phones are crazy but come on. There is NO response what so ever....

Horrible place to live...mold..leaks..Rodents..leaky bathrooms and roof..bad management..Can't get anyone to fix anything but when the rent is due they sure are there quickly...if I could give this place ZERO stars I would...

Please avoid Venice Cove it's the worst place to possibly live they do not fix anything you can have a waterfall happening in your living room literally and they do not care they like to come into your apartment without permission whether your home getting dressed or you're not here maintenance does not take care of anything you ask them to your AC… could be freezing over they don't care they just want you to pay the rent they charge you for cable but they do not give it to you hell they don't even want to give you your lease when you asked for it you have to threaten them with cops please
