George has a background in Project-Management and experience with home remodel projects, and Ann has a career background in Sales and Marketing. As part of our independent inspection services, Scott Home Inspection offers video inspections of a home's sewer line also known as a sewer scope. Scott Home Inspection is a wonderful, trustworthy service. SIX STARS!!!!! We have used Jeff Trousil as our inspector for the last 3 properties (2019, 2020 and 2021) we have purchased in Greeley, CO. Our last Report on 12/21/21 was 75 pages big and we plan to use as our punch list to correct minor fixes and also repair the bigger problems that were called out. Great value for the money, when buying a property you want to know what you are really buying. We plan to use Jeff Trousil again at Scott Home Inspection. Thank you Jeff!!!! I was very impressed with Scott Home Inspection in October 2021. I scheduled the service on a Saturday around 5pm using their online tool and someone got back to me right the way on Sunday morning via telephone to get my inspection going on a Tuesday because my deadline was on Wednesday. Kevin Sprague was our inspector and provided a very detailed report on the house. The inspection was performed on a residential in Thornton, CO. The package I used called a "pre-purchase home inspections" with radon testing and mold testing included. I paid about $1,000 for the inspection which I think

1st time homebuyer, so the added context as to the frequency with which I would want to address certain aspects of the home was super valuable. I may be biased, seeing as the inspection went well, but the team was super informative. Ended up being a bit more expensive than my liberal estimate with all of the services I added to inspection (all), but nothing that wasn't very clearly itemized in their online quote

Highly recommend Scott Home Inspection. Our realtor suggested we use them and we could not have been happier. Luke was our inspector and he was so detailed and thorough - we felt completely confident that there wasn't anything he missed! Todd was professional and very thorough on our home inspection. I am not very savvy when it comes to home systems and he did a great job at explaining/simplifying his professional analysis so that I could understand. Todd helped us prioritize the most pressing issues on the inspection report for our negotiations. The final report was clear, had detailed photos that pointed to the issues which was very helpful.
