Critical: Professionalism
Tom didn't even perform an external mold test, so the testing we paid him for has been completely useless in dealing with our landlord. It took a week to get a receipt from him and more than two weeks to get the unusable result from a test kit we could have purchased at Home Depot. Do not waste your money!

Tom was the most thorough Inspector we have had. We purchased a home out of state , it meant a lot to have someone so thorough and knowledgeable to go through everything with us. His report was timely, and he found things in our New-Construction Home that the builder did not find. He also came back and completed a Radon test for us.
