Services
Rory started Big Canyon in 2018 after fifteen successful years as an educator and coach. He is an Insured & Certified Professional Inspector with a Masters Degree and a member in good standing with The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). The world's most elite, non-profit inspection association.
At Big Canyon Home Inspections we know you'll be more than satisfied with the quality of our services. But just to show how confident we are, if InterNACHI standards are not met during your inspection and you're unsatisfied with the service as a whole, we'll give you your money back and then some! Rory was amazing to work with as a first time buyer. We had happened to meet him at an open house, where he shocked us with his generosity and compassion; to look at a few items we had questions about during a home tour, without hesitation or compensation. His genuine character, kindness, and honesty is what made us know he would go above and beyond for us; once we finally got approved on a house. Once our time came to need an inspector he was very flexible with us, and even let us shadow him during the inspection process (being first time buyers we're a little green and wanted to know everything

He was quick to get inspections scheduled for my buyers in a new build home, and his report was perfect for us to present to the builders. This company was awesome! They were prompt and very thorough. They found things on the home we are building that I would have never noticed. And now because of them the builder is fixing everything on the list before we close next Friday. Rory is amazing at what he does and is extremely thorough. He inspected our house before listing as well as the house we were under contract on. He took the time to review his findings and explained the severity of each. The inspection packet following each inspection is well organized and includes a plethora of high quality images and a simple explanation as to what is going on. 11/10, I absolutely recommend Big Canyon Home Inspections and will be recommending them to friends and family who are entering the sale of real estate.

Absolutely the best experience. Rory has to be the very top of the line inspector and I wouldn't refer anyone else. We made a fairly large purchase and he gave us a full look into every detail of this home. Down to a screw missing under a deck. We also got to witness his full professionalism and dedication to customers when he was faced with unauthorized person trying to receive the results of the report that was only for us to see. Great guy to work with and we highly recommend him.
