Steve has done two home inspections for me. He is very thorough and highlights critical issues and informs you of other issues that can be fixed with routine maintenance. His reports are very detailed with photographs of problem areas. I highly recommend him.

I have exceptionally high standards when it comes to home inspections. I have been bitten by bad inspectors, as have friends. Steve at Centerline was *excellent*. At all points during the process he provided clear, prompt communication. At no point was I left wondering what was happening or where I needed to go next. We upgraded to a farm property which he had experience with and was able to mention things we may have otherwise overlooked. I have never owned a property of this nature before so that was appreciated.

We didn't know what to expect being first time home buyers, and I'm really glad our friend suggested Steve! He was responsive and made sure to explain everything very plainly and throughout the inspection. The report pictures and inspection report were a great reference tool. Steve also was very conscious about COVID-19, wearing a mask the entire time. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a quality home inspection!

Steve was recommended as someone we good trust to inspect our mountain retreat. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a home inspection. Steve, the owner, was amazing! He didn't rush through the inspection and found some water issues that saved us from a major headache! His level of professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.
