Tim is the owner and lead home inspector for API. He is an ASHI certified home inspector. Tim was raised in Loveland, Colorado and enjoys riding his horses, having fun with their dogs Maverick and Goose, hanging out with his kids and amazing wife, Meg. Meg is the owner and one of our Client Care Coordinators.
Our state of the art computerized inspection reports include detailed color photos taken during the inspection that show important details. These are inserted into a high quality report that will be emailed to both the client and Realtor. Hands down the best inspector in the front range.Tim, the owner, went above and beyond for my Inspection. As I walked with him throughout the inspection he briefed explain anything I didn’t understand. He will be saving me a lot of money in the future because he explained to me how to do certain maintenance things also what to keep an eye on to catch things early. They also price matched a local company for me. I could not recommend this company enough. 10/10

Tim was a great person to work with. We are first time home buyers and didn’t really know what to look for, but he helped us very thoroughly and definitely saved us thousands of dollars on repairs! We had a great experience with Accurate Property Inspection. We worked with multiple team members, and they were all fantastic! Their detailed report on a newly constructed home was vital for us, and it gave us an opportunity to verify several important things with the builder before closing on the home. If you're considering an inspection, just know it's worth the money, and Accurate Porperty Inspection will get it done well for you.

Austin recently did an inspection on a home we were purchasing. His inspection was extremely thorough. Every contractor we talked to commented on the detail he put into the report. We used the information he gave us to negotiate a reasonable reduction in the purchase price. When we had questions about items on the report, Austin answered our emails and phone calls promptly and was generous with his time explaining things to us. We would recommend Accurate Property and Home Inspection without reservation.

We recently had an inspection with Accurate Property inspection, which we scheduled extremely quickly. Austin was our inspector and he did a wonderful job, we left feeling more secure in our decision. Austin explained everything room by room, answering any questions on the way.
