This involves everything prior to ROC accepting the PC for repair such as collecting contact information, problem description, etc. We prefer you take the step of setting an appointment in order to reduce congestion at check-in time. The shop phone will be forwarded so that appointments may be scheduled when we are not open.
Alternatively, if you have confidential data for multiple clients on a laptop which you carry with you wherever you go, the strongest security measures should be considered. Today's serious attackers have the sophistication to piece together bits of personal information from multiple public internet sources which can be used to trick us into trusting them.
Don't buy a new PC for Windows 11 or the new Windows 11 operating system just yet. We have a couple years before Microsoft will quit maintaining W10 so there is no rush. As time passes and our needs grow into wants for specific W11 features and functions, we'd be happy to discuss the upgrade with you.

I have a high end gaming computer that needed some new drives a sound card And at 1 point a new operating system. right on computers are no rookies when it comes to high end stuff as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to have a local place with years of experience. I will continue taking my monster of a computer there For anything that it could possibly ever need

Clarence is THE BEST!! The power outage from the ice storm did damage to my computer - long story short Clarence cloned everything to a new computer in record time. The new computer is fantastic and has all my important docs, photos, etc. His prices are great and his service was super fast. Thank you Clarence :o)

Felt as though I was an inconvenience. We did not get what we needed due to miscommunication, but when communication was cleared up we still did not get service requested. It was obvious that we were an inconvenience due to statements like "it should still work better than it did". Previously we were told that we could test an issue to make sure everything works in office (it doesn't work still). When I asked to test it before leaving he replied "why don't you take it home and try it first". Maybe it was just a bad day for him, but won't go back or refer.
