I've started using computers at a young age and has been enamored with them since. I have over 15 years experience in the computer industry. I've worked on a variety of operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Mac. During my years in a professional service capacity I have been exposed to numerous projects ranging in size and scope from small in home computer repair to back office server migration.
I have been a consultant on projects throughout the United States and abroad. With an extensive background in retail sales I have developed the communication skills necessary to deliver the rare combination of technical proficiency and outstanding customer service.

I cannot say enough about how helpful my time with Jackie Gibbs ExceedPC was with my computer. Jackie was punctual, able to diagnose my computer challenges and do as much as he possibly could to clean everything up and make things right. He was a good teacher so I know what steps I can take to make sure my challenges won’t happen again. He was very honest and forthright about the status of my computer and made realistic recommendations about additional hardware I could purchase in the future to increase performance. I would strongly recommend him for anyone else who requires in-home service.

After learning our long time at-home computer service company Geeks-a-Knockin' had stopped home visits we were glad one of their technicians Jackie Gibbs had started ExceedPC which continues home visits. Jackie has visited our home with Geeks-a-Knockin' and once again did a great and efficient job of tuning up our HP Desktop. Jackie is very good and much better than the big box service teams.
He also does not talk down to us (like some computer types e.g. Nick Burns your company's computer guy on Saturday Night Live).
We strongly recommend EXCEEDPC!!!

I was extremely pleased with Jackie's service. He loaded Win 10 for me and fixed a software problem that I had...and got me started with the new operating system. He responded quickly to my request for help with my home based business computer; came out to my home office and everything went so smoothly. Jackie answered many more questions that I had since I tend to worry a lot over technical matters. Jackie was very reassuring. I will definitely continue to use his services and recommend him highly.

Jackie is very professional and great to work with. He quickly and efficiently went about diagnosing/troubleshooting my computer after listening to the list of symptoms I had. The issue was random and intermittent, but after thoroughly testing and updating all system components, I was confident that he eliminated the hardware as an issue.
His clear instructions and plan for next steps for me to follow up on, led to the final resolution of my problem.
