Used Zum when my wife was having problems with her computer. There was no extra charges and he didn’t pretend that it would cost more then it did. We know nothing about computers and he was very honest! Would definitely recommend. He also went out of his way to work around my wife’s very busy schedule and he comes to you!!!

Lucas is a good guy!
I had Lucas from Zum Computer Services over for an upgrade/repair. I am a repeat customer if that means anything. I find Lucas to be a qualified, professional computer repair person, who is honest, and fair. After assessing my problems, Lucas took my computer on Friday afternoon, repaired it, and returned it on Monday. I was elated. I should mention Lucas took special care to save my data while replacing the hard drive. Before taking my computer, we discussed the plan of repair as well as estimating the expense. As it turned out, Lucas did exactly what he said he was going

We have an older computer that was getting really slow. I called ZUM and Lucas came right out and identified the problem. We needed a new hard drive and a reinstall of windows 10. We got a quick turnaround and Lucas came back and set it all up for us. Great Job it works great now! I was happy with the cost it was equal to the work done.

This is the first time we have used Zum after only taking a computer to Salem geeks in the past. We checked the reviews and called them Lucas called us back right away and set up a time to pick up my sons computer. When I described what was wrong he knew exactly what the problem was and even offered to tell me how to go about fixing it. I wanted to make sure it was fixed right. They do in house pick up and delivery of the computers so you dont have to go to a shop. They had it fixed and returned in 24 hr and it ended up being less than expected. I called ZUM Computer Service after finding them on Google and reading their reviews. Talked to Lucas, made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when he came a few minutes early as a lot of companies are late these days. Lucas built me a new computer when my old one crashed. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing! He built it to my specifications, made it flexible with high quality parts so it would last a long time, for a reasonable price, and then he set everything up. Because we had just moved here, he also set up the wifi, the printers and made sure all our devices coordinated. And how wonderful that he comes to us! I was very impressed with Lucas at Zum Computer Services. Lucas was very responsive and listened to my repair needs for my computer,, and what I needed done. I needed it done by a certain time frame.and Lucas called me first thing the next morning as promised. After getting a screen replacement from here, I got my computer back with a dirty screen and had to have them open it back up and clean it. When I did get it back, the hinge was stiffer than it was before, and eventually the hinge ended up breaking the back case of my laptop. When I opened up the computer to epoxy the broken piece back in, several of the screws involved with disassembly were either stripped or missing. The anchor for the hinge that broke was not secured to the internal board, the support bracket on the screen was broken in half. Overall, there was more damage to my computer after

Lucas was on time at "every" appointment and had my computer for no longer then the window he gave. I have a top of the line Cyberpower custom made computer and Lucas replaced the hard drive and it's working like a brand new computer again!!! His pricing is more then reasonable and you won't be able to find a more competent all around computer tech!!! You don't have to take my word for it, just look at his reviews, he has the highest approval ratings you'll find...
