They come with a 3 year warranty on parts, 1 year labor, and free remote help if needed for the first 6 months. I require a $300 deposit to order parts and most times your new PC will be ready to rock within 5-7 business days.

DC Computers LLC does not custom build laptops but I am here to help answer questions you might have in order to help you find the right product for your needs. After your purchase I will be happy to help you set it up and remove all the bloatware and trial software from your new laptop or desktop should you decide to go with a box store PC.

I recently had to get my computer fixed and Don was amazing and professional and quite fun to talk to! He was extremely responsive and fair with pricing. He even offered extremely flexible hours when an emergency came up in my personal life.

I want to say working with DC Computers is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting something fixed. I took my PC in to have it looked at because I had attempted to make some upgrades to my PC but nothing worked. After diagnosing my PC the needed parry’s were ordered and my PC was fixed faster than I expected and for a far lower price than I thought it would be as well. Professional, reliable and honest, I will definitely bring all my business here from now on.

Great service, could not get my gaming pc up and running so I brought it in. It was fixed within the same day and he even let me come after hours to pick it up. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Overall great experience and highly recommended.

Despite my best efforts my computer would not work. I contacted DC computer and Don helped me over the phone to fix one problem. It worked. But, other issues kept surfacing and after another phone call he told my hard drive was failing. He said to bring it in and he would replace the hard drive. He did and I was only computer less for only one day. When I got it back he had recovered my data from the failed hard drive and reinstalled Windows and my favorite programs.
He was very responsive, professional and quick. Very reasonable cost.

My computer froze up in the middle of an important document. I called a couple different places but decided to go with DC Computers because he was able to give me a quote over the phone and was reasonably priced. I scheduled a time that day to bring it in, went over my issues and he had it repaired by the next day. Exceptional customer service & attention to detail. I will definitely be back.
