Serrano Apartments

The worst manager and maintenance crew I’ve ever seen. I feel so bad for my friends and anyone else living there.

We have not had a A/c in 5 months we had to go buy 3 portable ones just to try and stay cool. We have water running out of our guest bathroom ceiling for 2 months ever time someone takes a shower in the unit above us we have reported to the office at least 6 times put in service request even called corporate. Still has not been fix now we have tiles falling of the wall mold starting to grow all because of it.The sell you on its a gated community gates have been broken for 3 yrs. They have the one set of gates locked shut .they try and charge you late fees even when you pay within the grace period

Do not rent here!!! Please do yourself a favor.this is the worst apartment place ever the real definition of ghetto…they pocketing your money without giving you service..I signed my lease at the end of September and moved in the middle of October.they literally had a month to fix everything but they didn’t do anything..when I finally moved In the toilet slowly drained and makes a noise every time attempted to flush, the noise can go for 2 mins..I had to literally keep calling them for them to come fix it..there was no shower rods in the bathroom,and shower slowly drains.tonight I tried to use

Instead of paying tow trucks to pass by the neighborhood several times daily and paying to have those ridiculous cameras installed at the front. How about you use the ridiculous high rent money to make more parking for the cars we have, and more key cards to get in. You’re not paying for my gas when those gates get fixed and I have to go around the entire neighborhood.

Just moved into this apartment complex, but can’t wait for the contract to be over. Building 6098 seems like it’s falling apart I am not trying to be one of the victims ; fissures everywhere and maintenance is zero out of 100 . Their carelessness is killing my soul, and I am glad I didn’t move all my stuff in

This is the worst place ever, I don't recommend to anyone, especially if you have kids. My wife recently move there with three of my kids, three months ago every since she move there one of the bathrooms doesn't flush at all, and the other one is not flushing properly mind you she doesn't have time cause she works all day long she told them they never send anyone she went to the office, they told her to go online to do it she went online and do they still haven't send anyone yet, me has a father I went there to to let them know that it's very uncomfortable for her and the kids to lives in a situation

This is the worst place I have ever lived. I don't encourage anyone to come here. The manager has no manners and let it seems like your are bothering her when you go to the office. They also ignore you call. This place is infested lwith roaches and mold. I get get sick living here.. almost everything here is broken.cant wait for the lease to be up.

Would give no stars if I could. Place is in very poor condition, the entire apartment is falling apart. My a/c has been broke the entire two years I’ve lived here. Leasing office NEVERRRR answers the phone, vm is ALWAYS full. The living conditions are inhumane to say the least.

Don't even bother. The prices change multiple times a day. After week, if you manage to find a good deal with a moving date that works for you, they'll have you pay for the application. After waiting to hear back from them for days, they'll tell you the unit won't be available until after you need to move in because "things got backed up." Oh and the two hundred dollars you put down? It's non-refundable.

Wow! i remember when I attempted to tour this community a year ago and if I could have given less than 1 star i would have. I recently drove through and something told me to stop, thank God i did because the new property manager Jada completely changed my perception of this place. Jada values organic customer service, there was so much going on the day I came in and she was literally doing 100 different things and still had time to tour me and give me great inadept information about the property and the company. She is highly informative and knowledgeable i even took it a step further to call corporate
