It is a lovely community. I had a plumbing issue that took longer than normal to have resolved due to plumbers being unable to locate the replacement part. Matt in the office informed me that they were able to locate the part themselves and had Dale in maintenance resolve the issue. Communication could be better on the office end. However, I really appreciate how Dale has handled the situation. Communication goes a long way. Thank you.

I lived here from Sep 2019 to Nov 2020 and It was a wonderful experience however my nightmare started when I left this place. I am expecting refund of rent I paid in advance since I was signed up for auto payment and it's been 2 months since I am trying to follow up but no luck in fact no one is even answering my phone call now which I think is very unprofessional.

Just wanted to share feedback on their Maintenance. Joe is the supervisor of Maintenance. His customer service is outstanding & exemplary. He goes out of his way to ensure that issues are fixed and done right the first time. His customer service rating is off the charts. I wish apartment at which I stay would emulate their Maintenance service model.

Have lived three months at the property now and so far so good. I agree with the other reviews that this place has good rental value. All staff were helpful as several have helped us when we were moving from out-of-state without even able to look at the house in-person and Joe K. helped with maintenance after settling. Community is small and quite, but it's safe and common to see people walking their dogs.

I've now lived at the Village of Western Reserve for a month and can tell you first hand. This place is second to none! My home is secure and functional as described. The neighbors around me are great and best of all quiet! I have 2 young children that can play @ the playground and feel safe. The community is undergoing awesome upgrades as well that I'm thrilled to see. My recommendation to anyone searching for your next home. You owe it to yourself to at the very least, tour and view the property.
