WORST. APARTMENT. EVER. Calling for maintenance is impossible. I went 6 MONTHS without a working dishwasher, and a HOLE in my kitchen floor... called the office several times— and they have no record of them putting the giant hole in my floor, and apparently it takes a year for them to order a working dishwasher. Gave them the benefit of the doubt due to Covid restrictions... and asked for a credit for the 6 months I didn’t have hot water in the kitchen or a working appliance with ZERO response.... only to be charged $150 for moving out early even after giving 30+ day notice. Last I checked

Terrible. I do not recommend Woodlands. I'm not sure how it got any good reviews. Very poorly maintained and dilapidated. Patio privacy fencing and fencing surrounding dumpsters(which are always overflowing) is falling apart and the laundry room is always disgusting. I can't even walk my dog in the small dog area as there is a fallen down tree that has been there for months. Rent goes up, but nothing is done to improve property. My brother calls Woodlands the slum of Streetsboro. Stay away.

This place is a JOKE! I'd give it zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time with this horrible property unless you enjoy being treated like a low class citizen. They will take ever cent from you and never fix anything, then make you out to be the reason. Just look at all the lawsuits before choosing the Woodlands.

Was a tenant for a year and ahalf and moved out early 2020. There was a constant change of management and maintenance and poor communication with current tenants. 3 months after moving out I received a bill which got sent to COLLECTIONS for a balance I was never even made aware of. Upon moving out early, I bought out my lease and gave them well over $1,500 and they still want more money. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend.

I typically don't post reviews, but after buying a rake and raking up the leaves that have covered my patio, steps and sidewalk for several weeks, I felt compelled to review Woodlands. This place is the worst. In the time time I have lived here, there has been a high turnover rate in the office. There have been 3 property managers and several maintenance people. To me, that reflects poorly on the management company. Other than mowing, there is no landscaping. There are weeds at entrance to the development and it's basically like that throughout the property. I have have had to buy my own mulch

Poor insulation with high utility bills ~ $180 electric for 1B\1P. Parking lot & walkways or salted often in winter. Low Tree limbs hanging into sidewalks. Issues fell on deaf ears with no resolution.
Upon moving out I was informed of damages & was issued an bill of $150 for an slate of an blind having slight damage. During dispute of the charges this was promptly sent to collections without any reply from management regarding the 5x over charge.

Been here almost 3 years with no major issues. There's been a lot of constant changes with maintenance but stuff usually gets fixed within a day or two of putting a request in. Rent is great compared to other places in the area and you can't beat that for the fact you have an in-suite laundry room, attic AND it's pet friendly.
Chrissy has always been super nice and helpful to me as well. Very quiet, private, cozy, never had a problem with parking or with snow in the winters. Neighbors are friendly- an occasional loud person- but what do you expect living in proximity to over 100 people. Will likely
