This is the worst building I have lived in! They take so much money and do nothing! Their elevator is always out of service it never works! Their staff in the leasing office is also very rude! They loose your packages!

This place was very good for a number of years with the help of helpful and experienced concierge and front office staff. Then they outsourced the office, replaced the concierge with new people who dump packages in a hall creating chaos instead of using the lockers. The elevators are a disaster that is getting worse to the point of one or two being down regularly. Then there is the construction noise. Its appalling what management has done in just a few short months to make this prime location building nearly unlivable. Most tenants have seen this, as shown by the flood of 1 star reviews of late

Will definitely not be renewing our lease here. This building is a joke. The elevator is always out. I have literally missed multiple appointments waiting over 5 minutes for one to come and i live on a high floor so i taking the stairs really isnt an option. It takes multiple days to receive a packages. The smells from neighbors apartments are overwhelming and coming in through the vents. And again i live on a high floor and can literally hear any and all noise from the ground. They were nice to deal with until we moved in and thats about it.
Update: its days before christmas and management has

Many posters here have complaint about the extreme noise from the next-door construction since four months ago. From my experience their comments are absolutely true. And noise has become much louder and more unbearable since two weeks ago. Sometimes construction starts as early as 7AM and it's so loud that you don't want to stay in the room for one minute. I lived in another apartment which was also near construction, but the noise issue was far better than this one.

Things you should know before moving in. At least one elevator in always down. Be ready for long wait times. Constant construction noise in the area and the fire alarms are going off on some floor at least once a day. If someone is cooking, the smell will surely make it into your apt somehow (better get a draft stopper). The a/c was out in the lobby the whole summer. Feel bad for the doormen. It’s a nice building with nice amenities but it could be better. Everything that I didn’t mention like packages and amenities under construction with no end date in site are in others reviews are all true

The construction of a building next to Morgan is still going on, which is incredibly loud during day time and you cannot focus on work if your work from home and give you stress. If your windows are facing pool and closed to the 8th floor, you will also hear loud noise from the large outdoor fan machines at night. I have been suffering from the loud noise day and night through my pregnancy, and also suffered from the dust at the early pregnancy. At this point, I just hope that my baby will be healthy when he is born, and that the environment that I lived in in the past year didn’t harm my baby’s
