I’ve lived here several years now and love it. Tracy Mathews, the head of maintenance, is absolutely fantastic. He always shows up and resolves issues quickly and never hesitates to look out for tenants. He’s helped me move apartments in the building as well as handle general repairs or upkeep. John at the concierge is also fantastic. Really goes above and beyond for tenants. All the folks in the office are friendly and responsive. It’s been a really great experience. Love living here and look forward to many more years.

I moved in a couple of weeks ago, and so far my experience living in 3 Journal Square is beyond my expectation. The location is great - so close to the path station. Tracy from the maintenance team is super helpful, warm hearted and makes living here like home. Even before I moved in, I needed to put some of my stuff to my friend’s apartment, Tracy helped me get a dolly and set up the elevator. In the process of moving in, he also helped me a lot with fixing issues in my apartment and gave me advice on how to put the furnitures together. His help made my moving process so much easier.

I moved in last week, and my transition here has been great. ESPECIALLY Tracy the maintenance man who goes above and beyond — he’s fixed not only what I requested for inspection but has done the extra work to ensure that I have the cleanest, optimal home. He also gives a bunch of tips on how to save money on utilities☺️ Tracy is the best!
Management has been great too. Jennifer made the process very easy, and John and G from the concierge team are so friendly and helpful.
Being so close to the PATH is also amazing for the convenient commute, but the train is quite loud if you’re living

Happy to say I've been a resident here at 3 Journal Square for nearly 3 1/2 years. The staff including front desk, maintenance and management team are absolutely amazing. When my lease was up I was looking to see other options but nothing compares to this building. Tracy Matthews who is one of the most reliable people who work in the building conviced me to stay and I was able to renew my lease. Highly recommended!

We have been living here for the past 2 years and really enjoy the experience. The location across the Path is very convenient, there is a parking lot under the building and the amenities are very well maintained. The apartments are brand new and the service team is very kind and responsive. Prices unfortunately are tending to go up, otherwise I'd give it a 5 stars.

I moved into 3 Journal Square Apartments a few months ago and my experience has been very pleasant so far, Thanks to the entire staff, particularly Julia Sabatine and Tracy Matthews.
Moving from out of state was daunting, but Julia made sure to answer all my questions prior to signing the lease and was extremely professional throughout.
During my move, Tracy from the maintenance team, went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth move in process. He has outstanding customer service and his dedication to helping tenants makes 3 Journal Square a place I can call home.

Luxurious and one of my best experiences living here, 3 Journal Square Apartments is a brand new building with beautiful amenities. Living here for 1 year was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff including leasing office, concierge is very helpful, warm and friendly. They are easy to reach, highly supportive and respond quickly. From signing the lease to moving out, the staff has been very helpful throughout. The other thing I loved about this place is that the building is super clean and ambience is so beautiful.
