The buildings and amenities are unmatched for the New Haven area, not to mention the apartments are beautiful and spacious. Each space is very clean and well kept. In addition working with Melissa has been the best rental experience I have had yet. We had been working with Melissa for over five months to find an apartment and she has always went above and beyond for us. On move in day Melissa stayed later so that I could grab the keys after my work schedule! Her attitude and work ethic is amazing, I could not recommend her enough!

After moving from a terrible apartment, the Audubon was a breath of fresh air! Melissa got us into the apartment in less than a week. The kitchen is a dream and the apartment has amazing amenities. The team makes us feel so welcomed and makes a point to support local businesses when hosting resident events. The maintance team are always so considerate and my two dogs have made it a daily routine to visit the ladies at the front desk for a treat. Really couldn’t say enough good things!

Update: I now have time to expand on how great everyone is here. The employees truly care about you and your experience here. I’ve had so many questions that they’ve answered multiple times until I finally understood - and always with a smile on their face. They have been so welcoming and supportive. Every time I see them around the building, they know who I am and say hello. They are even some of my dogs favorite people! Every time she sees an employee, she forgets everything else and has to go get her pats from them.
I truly love my new home and I’m so glad I moved here!

My fiance and I just moved in and have been very impressed with the apartments and the staff! We toured with originally with Pea and ended were helped along the way with many others (Melissa, Amon, and Kenya). Everyone is very friendly and actually cares about the resident's. We made our first maintenance request and had it completed very promptly. Dave was very efficient and professional. He made me very confident in the maintenance staff. We are very grateful that we have found this gem in New Haven and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking!

I've lived at the Audubon for a little over a year now, and I love my apartment. The rooftop is amazing for sunsets and the pool made it feel like I was at a resort this past summer when the rest of the world was falling apart. The staff all know me by name and are friendly when I see them. The maintenance team is great and responds quickly, too. Also, a great perk is having El Segundo downstairs.

The unique community, amenities and location of the Audubon, make it hands down the best luxury living experience New Haven has to offer.
The staff keeps the Audubon a clean, functional and positive place to live in. Thanks Cecilia, Fabian and Sandra for disinfecting the gym, pool and other community spaces, especially during the pandemic. Thank you Abraham, Luis and David for fixing maintenance requests at lighting speed. The water temperature in my apartment is perfect now! Special thanks to the front desk team, Pea, Melissa, Kenya and Jamie, for always making me feel like a part of the community

I am on a corporate lease, so I can't say much about the application process. However, my experience with Jaime and her team have been great! Very friendly and they are quick to help me with any questions I have. The apartment itself is nice and I love the natural light. The view from the rooftop is very pretty, and the open space in the lobby/office is really cool. Love, love, love that each unit has a washer, dryer, and gas cook top! One suggestion I would have would be to place hand sanitizer in the mail room area just because there are a lot of hands touching things there.

We absolutely love it here. The units are large, bright, and modern with hardwood floors and huge windows. The amenities are fantastic with a pool, gym, screening room, a roof and massive study spaces. The management team are always so kind and helpful and know everyone by name even though it’s a pretty big complex. And best of all, so dog friendly!!! There is a great dog run and they’ve even put on events that are very dog friendly.

Thought about renting here but after asking around, have heard nothing good about the place. Been open for less than a year and the only elevator in the building has already broken down twice with unreasonably long delays in getting it fixed. Proximity to downtown does not justify the insanely high prices they're charging. Something like $1700/month for a 500 sq ft. studio apartment? Most expensive units going for over $4000/month? No thanks. Wound up renting a condo unit in Westville with 1500 sq ft of space for $500 less a month than the studio unit. That's almost as much space as they

I have tried twice to see this place and both times I have not been able to. First time, they had set up an event and I got reminders until the day of the event to go and attend, when I got there, they mentioned that the event had been canceled but they did not let anyone know!
Second time was today, I set up an appointment and show up. And they say sorry, we could not show you the place as you are wearing open toe shoes and this is still a construction site. Well, how hard was it to mention it on the phone?
