Services
Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. So, if a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person's rent. Please note that common areas are a shared space. Why is my rent not prorated? A rental installment is a payment made as part of a series of payments.
Moving to a new property can be difficult, especially if you are moving from another country and we want to reassure you that we are here for you with what you need to be successful. At Campus Crossings, we make it easy by including a selection of quality amenities in your rental payments and with MTSU across the street, it's just a short walk or ride to class.

The WORST place to live in. My boyfriend lived there and when he moved in there was a roach infestation. They gave him no option but to stay in that room. His garbage disposal was broken and his fan broke 3 days after move in.
Management is awful and it's close to impossible to get in contact with them. Every time he calls they say the managers are in a meeting.
Fast forward, his washing machine breaks and he has no washing machine for a MONTH. The manager told him he could use the washing machine in the model apartment. They ended up not letting him because they said he had a nasty attitude

My experience here was awesome!!! There was a young lady named Neisha who was VERY helpful, with my process. Her kindness was a huge factor in helping me find the perfect apartment. If you need help, make sure you go to her because all of your questions will get answered TRUTHFULLY and throughly.

Roni is always extremely helpful when I come to the office. They have good rates and everyone is always helpful no matter what. I do love how close it is to campus, so it s a great place for MTSU students.

I feel absolutely terrible recommended my niece live here coming from another state and boy what a disappointment. The apartment was stinky, furniture worn out and shabby looked like it needed to all be dumped! Not to mention it has a terrible stink we just couldn't get ride of. After move in the real true colors showed up with a roommate who had 2 dogs barking all day in her room along with an additional gf who wasn't on lease living there. All in all do not let them fool you this place is run horribly and what they show you in the model doesn't even come close to what your stuck

This is hands down the worst place I have ever lived. I felt so unsafe and so uncomfortable in my own apartment. They paired me with someone who I don't have anything in common with (they make you answer a questionnaire to pair you with "the best fit") and let alone that person made living there my own personal hell. I would never never recommend this complex to anyone as well as the staff members not having a clue with what they are doing and how they can help their residents. I rather live in a box on the side of the road then deal with this complex or staff ever again.

Going on my second year living here and am loving it! I love not having to worry about commuter parking as it is on the bus route. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because of an experience I had recently with a employee in the office. I was told by them that disabled visitors are not allowed to use the disabled parking spots, and have to use the visitors spots. The visitors spots by my building (which are still further away compared to the disabled spots) are almost always full, rarely have I ever seen them full, so out of fear of getting towed she has to find visitors parking which

EDIT/UPDATE:
I have been in contact with staff and Samantha directly. I was able to get this issue resolved before the time I needed and she remained professional. I definitely recommend the staff.
Someone was allowed to add me as a consigner to a lease without a signature from me or me being present. The person got evicted which naturally went on my credit. I am now unable to move into a different place because it looks like I have an eviction on my credit. I have reached out faithfully for a week to get this issue resolved with only receiving one email back. Samantha will not communicate with

I have nothing but good words to say about Campus Crossings. Their management has always been communicative about anything going on. Roni Portzen is the person I always go to for any questions. She always has an answer to my questions and answers them fully, which makes my experience living here much easier. The place comes with good quality living quarters at a great price, and the people who work here make it even better.

The only reason I did not give this place zero stars is
1. I cannot

This place is RIDICULOUS in the WORST ways. I moved in August 2018, and it is now June 2019... Our AC has worked 2 months (maybe) since we have been here. When they "fix" our AC problem, it lasts maybe three days tops and is back to square one being hot as hell in here. They gave us a portable wall unit for our living room that helps some, but our bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and hallways are still just as hot and they will not give us more units to help or even fix our AC. We have also had some major bug issues recently

I have lived at Campus Crossings for almost three years now. The first year I thought it was great. I was out of student housing, yet still by campus. It was cheap rent and I was happy. Then the complex quickly started to go down hill. People started hanging out in the parking lot late at night blaring music, smoking weed, and cat calling. It got to the point I was afraid to walk in the parking lot alone at night. All of the visitor parking is in the back of the complex, so my friends never wanted to come over in fear of the long walk to my apartment in the pitch black. In recent months I have

This is a great place for college students to live. The environment of the apartments are pretty nice as well, with most of the people being cool neighbors.

I really like the location of the apartments and the staff is friendly but you can't expect the best customer care when dealing with young people who can't understand or have common sense. One staff member didn't use common sense when it was required. That's the reason for this 1 star rating. Don't just go off the reviews on their website, you will be deceived.

IF. I. COULD. GIVE. THIS. PLACE. -10 STARS. I. WOULD.

This place is ridiculous and ghetto!!! I wish that I was being overly dramatic about this review but I'm not. I HATE living here. I regret signing a lease to this trashy and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL place. If you like to be LIED to, charged for UNNECESSARY fees, also feel UNSAFE because the people in the office including maintenance and painters and whatnot will BARGE INTO YOUR APARMENT **WITHOUT** ANY NOTICE AND TRASH YOUR PLACE. This is seriously not the place to live. I hate living here so much. Do not get tricked into living here. All

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. The staff is HORRIBLE and do not care about their residents. From the day I moved in until the time I moved out I did not like it.

Move in day- I was supposed to move in at 3pm ... I did not get to move in until 9pm that night.

2 weeks within being there they moved a 47 year old lady in the apartment who had mental problems. We had to call the police on her and after 2 weeks of feeling endangered they said that they were going to have her move out. The lady stole bank statements from our shared mailbox left the kitchen a mess and also said on the

Scam!!!!!
You fill out an application and don't move in you will be expected to pay $5k of the full rent. My son filled out the paperwork and then told me about needing someone to sign for him. He didn't have a job. I said no and so he didn't move in the apartment. 6 months later they say he owes the full amount for filling out the application.

Stay away!!! How many people have been victim of this???
