Jamie was my inspector for a home I purchased in Ramona and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Report had a lot of photos that explained everything I needed to know about the home. Excellent customer service!

Really had a horrible experience dealing with Bill Thompson and his helper. They notified me that the foundation was great and suggested the houses were just built a certain way. Didn’t feel right. Also, didn’t take his time inspecting. Felt really unprofessional and unsafe. Hired another inspector and gave me a full break down of the pros and cons. Much to say, will never deal with bill again. Helper also seemed clueless, no idea how they could mess with customer’s finances in that manner. Completely disappointed.

Bill was my inspector when I was purchasing my first home and he couldn't have done a better job! He showed me all of the areas that would need repair quickly and also pointed out issues that would occur down the road. I was very satisfied with his service, thanks Bill!

Hey the inspector was really professional, on time, and I really liked how he printed the report right at the house. Usually you get the report later but it was cool having it to go over while he was still there. Great job!

We used pacific inspections to inspect our home when we were in the buying process. We had bill as our inspector and we were happy with his service. He has great attention to detail and clearly knows what he is doing! Would love to do business with Bill again!

We were buying an old house this Summer and Bill was the inspector. He put everything as serviceable, and now three months later, we have to replace the whole roof, repipe the whole house and update the sewer line. He did not protect our interest even we are the one paying his service.
