Victor has been a San Diego, CA resident since 1985 when the US Navy brought him to our beautiful city where he saw through a 20 year career serving in our military and retired as Senior Chief.

Victor Hernandez(owner) was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he completed the home inspection meticulously and on time. He went above and beyond my expectations by providing useful recommendations. He did an excellent job of explaining the components of the inspection in an understandable manner, and he was also very responsive and helpful in answering our follow-up questions! Victor did a great job on such short notice of making himself available for a job that was way out in Campo. Have nothing but good things to say about his professionalism and work ethic. He inspected two properties, one of which he had to crawl underneath. He was also very prompt with a very thorough inspection report.

I highly recommend this company's services. Victor was extremely thorough in the conduction of his inspection as well as his inspection report. He provided valuable information based off his findings that allowed me to understand what kind of issues the house presented, of which I'd have had no idea of without reading his findings.
