Caroline has helped my roommates and me so much since our initial interest in signing with Willowcreek Apartments. She did an awesome job explaining and detailing everything we needed to know; from unit selection to daily questions, it seems as though great customer service is second nature to her. Every question is met with an answer and every problem is met with a solution. 10/10 service all around.

Thank you Willow creek for the upmost customer service, knowledge, and advice. Although we decided not to sell our house right now. We definitely have you in the cards for next summer. Caroline you are the most caring, sincere, and dependable person I have dealt with. It was also incredible to see how well the team communicates and has each other’s back as we observed the offices atmosphere. I will be recommending everyone I know to check this place out.

Good place, nice apartments with private entrance. But pool closes super early in the summer at 8pm, they threaten to tow your car if your plate expires or if you have a flat tire and that’s not fair. How is a parked car with expired plate a problem? If they police don’t care why should the apartment complex? I had to spend my own money to tow my car and park it at a friends house just so it wouldn’t be impounded by Willowcreek
