Residents of The Promenade at Founders Squares enjoy a unique suburban downtown experience with on-site convenience and immediate access to an array of amenities offered by Founders Square Park. The Promenade at Founders Square is a pet friendly community and we welcome both dogs and cats. Up to 2 pets are permitted per unit.
As a part of our ongoing social distancing efforts, tours are by appointment only. We offer options to fit every comfort level including live virtual tours, guided tours and self-guided tours. Masks are required to tour The Promenade in person. Please note that appointment requests submitted here will be later confirmed by a member of our team.
