Would give zero stars if I could. They never answer the office phone ever. They never fix anything there has been things wrong with the unit from the first day I moved in I put in countless maintenance request they never show up. They put in the system that they did but really didn't. The office manager Cassandra Smith TERRIBLE bad additude and horrible customer service. For 975 it's not worth it they are definitely over priced and they don't do their job. My neighbors moved out and I see them fixing thier units and not the people actually living in them. Such a slap in the face I cannot wait to

The only reason I am giving it a 1 is because I have to. The property manager is rude as ever and needs to learn how to be professional and communicate with people as adults!! She has a terrible attitude and needs to be replaced ASAP, she screens my calls and I have to go through the corporate office to get things handled!!! Many people have left because of her and her attitude. I also talked with several neighbors who complains about the same thing. She is very ignorant and I hate dealing with her!!

I can never get straight answers when I call seeking information about their openings. I have called numerous times asking if they have any subsidized three bedroom units for rent and I get the runaround. My family and I really need to move into a three bedroom because we’re in cramped quarters now. 😩

I dislike the fact that I moved in paying $815.00 per month in 2017...only to have my rent increased to $887 in March 2018. A 72.00 increase. The manager of the apartment complex and I seem to have a adversarial relationship. She said that outside of the office duty no relationship exist between us. Of course that is true. But what she failed to realize is that as long as she has contact with me as a tenet, a relationship does exist... every time she and I meet in that office, we seem to trade little “quips” at one another about seemingly anything.
