When I tell y'all I love it here they have everything from valet trash, to car wash stations nottt to mention they are located right off I-35...for those of you who are like me and Like everything being near by from, food to even Lowes being right across the street.... Moved here about 2 years ago. Was given a good rate (comparatively) I was given a 5% discount for working in Health care. Not long after I moved in the apartment went under new management. 5% discount went out the window and we had nothing but problems the rest of our stay. Rent was wrong nearly every month, had to call the office from work because the were never open when I went in. Had to pay for a program called "fetch" was non optional service that I did not use, had to pay a extra for the washer and dryer that I was told was included in the bill, for vale trash, non optional and usually sat

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! We called about a washing machine issue, they told us they would send someone out days ago. Finally, I woke up this morning to water up to my ankles so obviously I call about the emergency. They sent a maintenance man out to fix the washing machine and give us a vacuum to get the water off the flooded apartment. THE ENTIRE APARTMENT IS FLOODED. EVERY SINGLE ROOM IS FLOODED. We say “so we’re just supposed to sleep in this?” Her reply was “well that would be what the vacuum is for. It pulls up the water.”

DO NOT RENT HERE! This place lies and makes offers then changes them after you sign the rental agreement. Their prices are too high and they love their add on fees! This property has been taken over by new management several times since i moved in. Each time the ownership becomes more disconnected and less helpful to the renters.
Let me first start off by saying the on property office staff is exceptional and very friendly. Maintenance request do take a couple of days to get to unless it's an emergency but the maintenance staff is very polite and efficient. The property itself is a nice quiet

I just want to give a Shout out to Delma(the manager) and her husband Pete for working so hard to try and solve the water problems due to freezing pipes and numerous leaks in this apartment complex..they were out there in the freezing weather and snow helping the residents when pipes after pipes were bursting and residents were left without water. The only maintenance man they had refused to come in...but Delma and Pete and some residents out there trying to help as best that they could...So let's thank God first of all for our lives because too many people lost their lives in this terrible snow

RENT HERE! This is the best place to rent in San Marcos for the $$$! Pet friendly, dog park, personal garages, covered parking, car wash, and friendly neighbors and staff. Management is always on point and even replaced my entire washing machine within the next day once I started encountering problems. Trash is picked up almost every night at your doorstep. The portal for rental payments is also very easy to use. Ask for Delma, she has helped me from the very beginning!

I recently renewed my lease because of the pandemic and I immediately regret it. I told them of our situation that rent would be at most a couple days late the week before it was due. They told me it was fine and they would leave a note. I come home to find a letter of eviction at the end of the day when they’re closed and on the weekend so I have to wait until Monday to speak with someone! Why leave an eviction notice for me to vacate in 4 days if you won’t even be here to talk to me about it! DO NOT rent here they are incompetent and do not know how to communicate or care about their residents

The unit and place itself is nice. Bedroom is really big which is one of the reasons I wanted to live here so bad. Literally the worst place for billing though. They double charge you for things and you have to email or call for them to take the charges off. I feel like I’m being scammed. Extremely annoying and frustrating and I’m glad I only signed a 6 month lease so I can try to move somewhere else ASAP

2 major things I have to complain about Park Hill apartment, 1. I had a major leak come from my water heater and I called their emergency line, their main office and emailed them and it took them three days to respond and come to fix a simple leaking pipe (it got so bad it leaked into the apartment beneath me). the second is the ridiculous payment service fee (the price it costs to pay them) I wouldn't make such a big deal if it was under $10, but you have to pay an extra $27.73 first before you even pay your rent as a "service fee" I can easily say I'm not staying here after

I’ve lived here for three years. Management has completely changed in the last two years. Maggie, the manager, is one of the friendliest people you’ve ever met. She goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. Nina is also a friendly face in the front office, always helpful and personable. Maggie has already made huge changes that other apartment managers have “promised” but never delivered on. Apartments are being are being updated and look so much better. This is a great place to call home and if you need any extra convincing, stop by the front office and talk to Maggie or Nina

DO NOT SIGN HERE. I have never written a review for an apartment but this place has pushed me to my breaking point. If you do not plan on renewing your lease you must give them two months in advance and fill out a form. When I asked where this was the front office lady was extremely rude. They hide this in the fine print in the lease and charge insane fees and month-to-month live in fees on top of that. On top of all of that, the man who was working the front office when I signed my lease was a temp and put me down for 13 months. When he was gone they changed my lease to 12 months. Extremely unprofessional

If you want to be towed due to there being no parking but covered parking is available for $35 additional dollars a month move to park hill.
If you enjoy putting in maintenance orders only to have them answered months later move to park hill apartments.

Don't put a deposit down because you'll never get it back even though they say they mailed it out to you. My friend and I have been waiting a month and a half after we got denied and have yet to receive our money back. The manager keeps saying she'll call us back and never does. Not upset for not getting approved just annoyed that they're very unorganized.

I love living here! I came from an awful complex and this was a dream come true. I feel respected as a tenant, something I lacked at Hillside. The staff has changed from when I first got here and they are all so professional. Colby is efficient, Kristi is so kind and helpful, and Steven can fix everything! For the first time ever I re-signed on a lease! Looking forward to another year here. This place is home

Very unprofessional. Peggy in the front office hung up on me twice and gave serious attitude. Getting your refund check after move-out is like pulling teeth! And just wait for them the charge you for normal wear and tear like PAINTING. The apartment had not been painted prior to my move in and they wanted to charge me for their responsibility! Throughout my stay at park hill they made ridiculous requests and threats to charge us for any little thing. Don't waste your time.

DO NOT RENT HERE PERIOD!!! Me and my family stayed here 1 year. The property manager when we moved there kept the place up. When renee medina took over it started getting bad QUICK. I got a note on my door one day that if we had Pitbulls we could not renew and was told 2 weeks earlier we would be godfathered in and didn't have to worry about it. I talked to danella in the front office and asked her if I moved out at the end of February without a 60 day notice. She talked to renee and sent me an EMAIL telling me I had permission to vacate at the end of February. Now I'm receiving a bill
