I enjoyed working with Arti. He was very professional and polite. He answered all of my questions and was extremely thorough. I plan to work with him again in the future. I would recommend him for anyone needing an inspection. If you have a FHA loan he is definitely the guy to go to. He knows what you need to know and what to look out for and is extremely helpful in the process.

Having our home inspection with David from ARTI Home Inspections was like having a puzzle master unlock all the riddles of our brand new house. As a first time home buyers, there were so many unknowns we were stressed about, but David did an incredible job explaining everything in a friendly and precise manner. I chose ARTI because of my friend's recommendation. I was told that David had a Master's degree in Engineering from UPenn and he did all inspections himself. It proved to be one of my best decision. David was professional and thorough. You can trust him because he always gives you his independent opinions. I would highly recommend him.
