Dave was awesome to work with. He was able to explain everything he was seeing in the home in a clear and friendly manner. He answered all of our questions that we had during the inspection and even answered questions I had well after the inspection was over. We received the report quickly and it went through each piece of the inspection in detail. I highly recommend reaching out to Dave if you are in need of a home inspection.

I can't say enough good things about Dave and his work inspecting our new to us home. We had a home inspection, radon test, and termite inspection done. I appreciated how he went through the entire house, room by room, teaching as he went. He broke down cosmetic issues versus more serious, safety concerns. By the time he left, we had learned so much and felt confident knowing what we needed to address moving forward. Dave was referred to us for our home inspector and we're so happy we went with him! He was so nice and thorough and the report we received was prompt (same day) and easy to understand. Buying a mobile home and wanted to get a home inspection. Went above expectations. Checked everything inside and outside the house, verifying everything worked the way it is supposed to. We did find a safety issue (electric breaker outside the home which he found through testing), it was corrected, then he even went back to check that it was corrected, which it was. The PDF form comes with photos of the house also. Overall great job, will use again. 5/5 stars.

As the other reviewers have mentioned, Dave is thorough, professional, and friendly. He is a clear communicator and adept at explaining the details without jargon. He walked me through the house and then through the highlights of the report on his iPad (with photos). He sent a complete written report a couple of hours after he completed the inspection. I will definitely use him again, and I highly recommend The Home Inspector.

My wife and I are in the process of moving, and our real estate agent (who must know something about home inspections) recommended Dave Glick. Right off the bat, he made a terrific impression on us. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of a house, and his inspection was extremely thorough. When Dave stepped out to get something from his truck, my wife and I looked at each other and agreed that he's exceptional. He also possessed great people skills, enabling to give explanations for a couple like us who need things spelled out. Our expectations were far surpassed.

6 years ago we used Dave to inspect our first home. Very thorough and very reasonably priced.
Now today we used him again to inspect the home we are looking to purchase. Again, he was super thorough, fair priced and took his time explaining everything to us. Inspection was only 3 hours ago and we already have a detailed report complete with pictures and explanations.
We would def recommend him if you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable and thorough!

Dave was hired as the inspector to look at my home when I was the seller. He ripped it apart - and I had a list of things to fix before settlement - at first I really didn't like him !!!
When we put in our agreement - I hired Dave because I knew he was thorough and would do a great job. His rate is fair as well.
Dave is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and VERY THOROUGH - he even got us our report back the same evening with all sorts of photos and professional reports. He entered the crawlspace, walked the roof and checked every part of the house and property.
