I was recommended over to Mike and he is a great real estate agent. He's very knowledgeable on the local market and very responsive. This was our first house so I had a ton of questions which he was very patient in answering for me. He's also very fast - even in this insany competitive market, I think we went from our first meeting with him to an offer accepted in about 10 days. I was referred here by my brother, who gave Mike Eagan a good recommendation as a realtor. Working with both Mike and Brad South, the home buying process was up front and easy. The two of them work well together and we were able to get the home we wanted, in the area we wanted, within just a few months of looking. I highly recommend Brad South as a Realtor. We stopped looking for realtors as soon as we got off the first phone call with Brad. Mike Egan came highly recommended from some friends and he definitely lived up to the hype. Mike gives very good advice and can immediately spot issues in houses that aren’t worth buying. He knows the market and wants you to get the best deal possible. He’s patient and willing to work with you to find something that best meets your needs. Mike and Erin were fantastic from beginning to end! We were looking for a house near Liberty park and almost gave up until we met Mike. That was our lucky day! Charles gave me one of the most incredible experiences buying a house. Not only was he always dilligent in following up, but he made the process easy to understand and helped me not feel overwhelmed.
