I moved here from Virginia back in early 2019, and my husband and I called Reidy Creek our home for almost 3 years. We had no complaints about the management or maintenance teams, and our only gripe living there were the wonderful folks who would drive their very loud cars up and down the street. We would still be living here if it weren't for the promotion I took requiring us to relocate to the LA area. Every maintenance request (which were just simple issues, like exterior light bulbs or wired smoke alarms beeping) were handled swiftly and professionally by their staff. Our last month there was

Hello I am a current resident of Reidy Creek Phase 1. I have been here now through at least 4 managers and I must say I debated on posting this but last week I spoke with Martha and I’ve dealt with her prior to her becoming manager. Her attitude is not professional. She lacks basic customer service. This place use to be managed by a very nice gentleman who made things happen. He was very knowledgeable and provided the best service consistently. I spoke with others around me. My neighbor has also gotten the run around about a garage with her for weeks. I’m seriously so frustrated living here. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. After 2 months living in the apartment the new dish washer that they had claimed to be new, flooded my kitchen. I had to use all my towels just to try to drain the water. They told me this is due to Rats! Wait so I signed a lease not knowing you have rats in the apartment!? The manager said “it’s normal due to the lake near by” seriously!
If that isn’t bad they constantly cut of the water due to construction which isn’t right! I have to go to a friends house when these things happen just to get ready for

I'm very upset! I just found out the complex has a rat infestation problem and this was never disclosed to me when signing the contract. Due to CoViD I'm pretty much stuck in this apartment until things get better for me finically. I wasn't going to write any negative review because I do understand things happened but because I'm still dealing with the issue for the past several weeks. I thought, future residence should beware

Highly recommend!!! The property manager came to my apartment to fix a minor problem because maintenance was busy and he fixed the issue. It says a lot for the service & commitment of management. The apartments are beautiful, well maintained with great washers, dryers, and appliances . Very friendly staff!

So I have been living here for 9 months and I decided to check the rating on my apartment. Saw the first review on top was a 1 star mentioning water going off all the time and such. I have never had such experience. Anytime I had questions or have something checked out Angie had been helpful each time... Then again I never called I just walked over. I like human interaction. Other than that the place is really nice for what you are paying for. Can't have two people shower at the same time water heater doesn't like that (understandably). My AC is good but not great. My roommate gets the better deal

I lived at reidy creek phase 2 for about 4-5 years. I lived in a 1x1 and a 2x2. Rent was definitely reasonable especially for having central air and washer/dryers in the unit. I always felt pretty safe there, Angie the manager was great! She always got back to me within 24hours or less and Gabino the maintenance man was amazing! He took care of any issues promptly. I was very happy living here. If I didn't get a promotion at work, I would have stayed longer. Rent is looking a little high now, but that's everywhere. This place is worth the cost!

Angie Dine is a great manager. She is always helpful and professional, even for high maintenance people like myself. The repairmen are also helpful and professional. Any complaints are met with a timely response and the buildings are maintained well.
The parking is a bit congested and the walk up to my apartment is a bit far. Some of the neighbors make me uncomfortable. Still, it deserves a 5 star review

We have lived at REIDY Creek Phase II for almost a year and are happy!
Please note that there are two distinct properties - REIDY creek, and the phase II. They are in the same office, but there are two leasing agents at two different desks with two different properties!!! Confusing. Phase II has central heat/air, which was why we went with it.
We settled in, and love the community, our neighbors are friendly, and we often see them while walking our dog.
Our apartment is fairly updated. The kitchen has older style cabinets, some with some sun damage, but looks nice. We also have a fireplace

I've lived her for one year and have had no issues to date. The management staff are courteous and respond in a timely manner, especially Yokabeth, she is very helpful.
Maintainence staff are quick and friendly too. Bubba is the best, he gives this place a cheerful and cared-for feeling.
We just renewed our lease and I would recommend these apartments to a friend.

Please do not rent from here. You may be saving money and it is a good deal that you have the washer and dryer inside the unit, but if you ever have to deal with the leasing staff- it's not worth it. I hate talking badly about someone, but in this case, it's a service to everyone to know what you're getting into: Katie, the manager, is horrible. She's rude, condescending, and insensitive. If anything were to come up where you need her help or have a question, be prepared to be randomly scolded at or ignored. That being said, just do not rent from here. It's not worth the

Absolutely the sole reason I will never live in an apartment again in my life.
A disabled veteran cannot get a parking spot within 800 yds of my apartment, and when I asked about disabled spots which I only need maybe 1-2 days a month on bad pain days, I was told they already meet the states minimum requirement for spots, which they met by painting the unloading half zones of disabled spots as an additional parking spot leaving now no room for any type of actual disability transport vehicle to unload there passengers then having to now block the driveways and make it even more difficult.

Please make sure you google the apartment and do not only read 1 review site. There are photos that reveal life at Reidy Creek from a resident's perspective. In short, I would never recommend Reidy Creek to anyone, friend or foe.

This place is HORRIBLE! Absolutely anyone who is thinking about renting here is INSANE! Parking is a nightmare, also I was standing outside my apartment letting my dogs pee one last time before I went to bed and then katie walks around the corner automatically policing me telling me I had to have my dogs on the leash. ( I understand that you need to use a leash and I most of the time do but when I do take them off the leash I make sure no other dogs were present, I find late night was when little to none would be out) and then told me in the same breath said If I didn't like it she could just

Im a Medically-retired marine corps vet and although I did have a rough start at this place I do have to say that management does take extreme pride in correcting any deficiency you notice. After talking about a few of my complications with the establishment the manager was very quick to rectify all of them and overall exceeded my expectations.

Phase 1 has been a nightmare! All the reviews about this place are spot on. Katie needs to get fired! She is rude, condescending, and doesn't care about your time at all. From day 1 that I moved, no one knew how to do anything or what was going on. If I had questions about something Katie would always say, "I'm busy, I don't have time for this." She would make you feel so unimportant. I have made appointments with walk throughs ect, for only her to be an hour late or not show up at all. You don't matter, your time doesn't matter. You're just a number to her

DO NOT rent here. I lived here a year and moved out as soon as my lease was up.
Multiple problems occurred while living here and I wish I could have left sooner.
1. My motorcycle was ruined when someone tried to steal it by putting a screwdriver in the ignition.
2. A visitor backed into my car as they were leaving. Luckily I was there when it happened so I could get compensation from the driver.
3. My apartment had an ant problem that turned from a few by the sink to the entire apartment being infested. They were swarming under the sink and could be found in every room along every baseboard

PLEASE do not rent here.
my husband and I signed a year lease, within one week the bedroom & living room were flooding from the rain.
why would they have put us in a unit that floods?? they have plenty of empty units... but seriously. EVERY TIME it rained, water would flood in through the chimney.
anyway we threatened legal action & they finally let us out.
other reasons not to rent...
1). lots of 20-something's partying.
2). watched some girl get beat by her boyfriend in the parking lot.
3). parking is a disaster, the front office are the only ones who can sign the release form
