If you're looking for someone to take your retainer immediately but then after that, take 2-3 weeks for a simple response, not be fair or understanding at all, terrible communication, always have an excuse for the delay/too busy of a workload, nickel and dime you to death.... then Elizabeth Bonanno is your girl! Run away. Go elsewhere!!! One of the worst, most frustrating experiences ever! Terrible and unethical!!

Meagan Moodie was disappointing. I hired her to assist with a custody case involving the abusive father of my son. I met with Meagan initially and she said all of the right things. Meagan then dropped out of the picture for most of the following 5.5 months, only to reappear less than 48 hours before we had mediation. At that point, Meagan had clearly forgotten details of the case including the names of my son and ex and the fact that abuse was involved. Unprofessional and rude. There are many better CFI's out there - do not settle with this firm that allows such rude behavior. This is about my 5 year old daughter - it's shocking the way Erica has treated me.
Erika Gebhardt was assigned as our C.F.I. in March, 2021. This is a 90 day process. It is 9/29/21 and we are waiting and waiting for our C.F.I. report. Erika can not deliver this report on a set date, deadlines mean nothing to this firm evidentially.
This is a 90 day process that Erika has dragged out for 7 months. Even my ex-husband's attorney has attempted to contact Erika to produce this

I would not even give one star if I could. This was the most unprofessional and heart breaking experience I have ever had. I worked with her and the law firm for months. They double charge for multiple lawyers on the same case. They won't sign you on till they give them a credit card on file. When they do they use the heck out of it. $15k in a week. And it was not even office hours. They did not even have the resources to have a zoom call with the judge. Called to ask for a payment plan for the $15k in one week and she fought with me on the phone for 30 min like a middle school girl. She

Erica Gebhardt is by far the most unprofessional attorney and CFI. She was assigned as my case's CFI. I paid my retainer and got all of my paperwork in promptly, followed by her taking months to start my case. During my initial visit she was texting her husband the whole time, made strange faces and sank herself awkwardly in her chair. She basically told me she was dealing with family things and that I know how things are, she's a mom and can multi-task. It was incredibly disruptive and made me lose focus on many occasions. Words can't adequately express how much Erika and the whole GEM family means to me. I say family because that's what they feel like at this point. I had a horrible experience with this law firm! Initially Chelsea started out good, helping me do my divorce as unbundled services. I decided I wanted her help drawing up the Separation Agreement. I gave her all the information my former spouse and I agreed on and the date we had to have it in to the courts. She promised multiple times to have it to me by that afternoon.. three weeks went by. Also everytime I inquired the status I got billed, she kept changing a word here and there and asked me to approve.
