We have lived here since September and so far we enjoy it. Our management and maintenance team are very friendly and on top of keeping it nice. And our apartment is nice and big enough to accommodate our 4 kids plus 2 dogs.
It's a pet friendly community, which is hard to find these days, so that's a big bonus.

These aren't high-end apartments but for the price, it has all the amenities you need (club house, pool, fitness center, hot tub, sauna, playground, basketball court). Management has always been easy to deal with and easy to get ahold of. Cassandra is a fantastic manager and the maintenance guys, Curtis and Alan, are friendly and always take care of our issues promptly.
Only nitpick I have is I'd like to see the playground updated a bit, it could use a little TLC.

We have lived her for a little over a year and a half and we have really loved it. Not only is Cassandra and the entire office staff so nice & helpful but so are maintenance. We have needed help 2x and they have always been very quick and fixed the issue and are always so respectful. The apartments themselves are super spacious and so much natural light. Our favorite apartments we have ever lived in!

I have been a tenant for four months now and I could not be more pleased with the facility and particularly the management. Rebecca and Cassandra have been outstanding. They are professional, genuinely care about the tenants and go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of living for all the residents. Curtis is in charge of the maintenance department and and he and his staff keep the facility spotless and make sure all repairs, no matter how large or small, are completed rapidly and correctly. I have lived in high end complexes before and can confidently say that this is the best run facility
