We are so excited to be moving into a our Townhome on Friday. We toured with Nakia who was so nice and patient with me and my parents as we came by three times to see the home and after applying I called a dozen times with questions. Lol Nakia was always so sweet and understanding and was available to answer all our questions. I have already told two of my friends about Borgata and to speak with Nakia as she was great to work with. 😀

I had a scheduled 10am tour and got there several mins before. no big deal. walked up to the front office, sign on door saying they will be back at 10 am. Cool, that's me, they are taking care of business around the place.
fast forward to 10:15 am. I waved down a grounds keeper person. They told me that the manager was at the bank and wont be back until 10:45 am. OK cool, would have been nice for them to let me know they would not be there to show me around at 10 am as was planned. Very unprofessional. So I left and rented at Griffis Lake Washington. At least they knew I was coming and were waiting

These people are crooks. They stole $353 from me from my deposit. I can't believe it!!! I moved into these outdated apartments in hopes of having a decent place...kept my place immaculate...had it looking BETTER when I moved out as when I moved in, and they have the audacity to keep that much?
Borgata...you are very wrong for being like this and karma is real!
I've even left messages with the corporate office and have yet to receive a call back? Shame on you!!
Everybody else...carry on and find something worthwhile. There are PLENTY of other apartments in the area that are nice!

Betrayed by Thieves!
Lived there for eight years, happily putting up with 12-year-old paint, carpet and appliances (4 years old at move-in, never replaced or repaired, despite leaking oil from dryer). Kept the place neat and tidy. My reward upon leaving? Slapped with a list of $200 worth of phony repairs and cleaning costs over and above my initial $300 cleaning deposit--unbelievable. Yes, the local staff are nice people, efficient, courteous, but I can honestly see no principled difference between the way I was treated at move-out and the sort of thing that goes on in dark alleys with a sock

Living here was fine, except for the occasional roach, until we moved out and got the final bill. $95 in "Damages" for a "Standard Carpet Clean", and an additional $200 for "Heavy Clean". Really? Do you guys not have plans in place to clean your apartments when your residents move out? $400 for "roach removal", to get rid of bugs that were there all along.
