The designs are stunning and the sales rep were kind and courteous, however quite busy. I want to advice a few suggestions:
1. Train your sales rep well regarding the properties of diamonds, eg: cut, colour, clarity and carat. They don't understand the difference between cents and carats.
2. Train your sales rep about the setting of the diamond so they may understand the differences between a pave setting and a channel setting and which setting might be useful for the regular use of a person with regard to their day to day activities.
3. Kindly employ a few more staff so that they can focus

About products : Bluestone is known for its crafting, quality of the jewelry : only some are high in costs and some are reasonable. The making time for some designs are too high.
