I needed a specific special necklace for my wife. The owner Jack found the
Perfect piece. They even gift wrapped it and when I gave it to my wife it was a big hit. The business is warm and the staff is very knowledgeable. I always try to shop local in Medford and highly recommend this store. It’s like shopping in New York City without the tolls and gas and time. 5 stars is not enough.

I went to pick up something special for my wife and I's 5 year wedding anniversary and valentine's day. From walking in the door and being greated, to the wonderful knowledge and expertise of Caly who answered all my questions and help me pick out this gorgeous ring, to the owner who let me in during a winter storm to pick it back up after being resized the day before I've felt like a truely valued customer. I will continue to go back knowing I'm in great hands. Thank you Caly and staff at J G Kronenberger!!

Beautiful store! I found them from a google search and was very happy I did. :) I am obsessed with jewelry and love a good store.
I was greeted by Susan when I walked in, such a sweet lady! Their store has a great selection of quality jewelry and watches. After looking around a bit, Susan showed me a few things that caught my eye; I ended up buying a ruby and diamond ring. I also got the battery changed in my watch while they cleaned all the jewelry I was wearing. They are also able to size rings in store, huge plus! I highly recommend anyone looking for fine jewelry to stop in and take a look

I recently had my engagement ring reset and Jack did an amazing job. The diamond sparkled brilliantly and the setting is just perfect. And the price was very reasonable. Overall, I have found Jack to be a really nice down to earth guy. I know that my son-in-law has purchased various items for my daughter and every time they have been gorgeous. The designs and executions have been flawless!
