On the buy side - Reza stood out with his honesty - He sticks to his word even when it means he gets less money. No BS, no re-negotiating, nothing - Reza just stuck to his word. I was floored!
On the sell side - Most good realtors have pretty clean processes in terms of running through the transactions. Reza not only has clean processes (he organized our property for sale while we were away ) but MOST importantly, he stands out in that he is able to "read" the flows in the market. Because of this, he is able to strategize on the price, negotiations

Reza was a fantastic representing me during my first home purchase. I definitely felt overwhelmed at first, but Reza kept the entire process simple and efficient. There were multiple negotiations needed to close the house, but Reza understood my needs and made sure we reached a fair and successful deal. We recently bought our first house, Reza came recommended by our family friend. Reza is knowledgeable of the market, and able to provide valuable information for us to make a competitive offer. We were able to get a house on the third offer we made, and Reza was able to get the price cheaper than we expected.
House purchasing is probably one of the more stressful events my wife and I went through, and Reza was able to give us a fair and cool minded opinion. We felt we were not just a commission to Reza, but a actual client that he cared about.

Reza helped us close our home in Mountain View for an off-the-market deal (this was in Aug 2016, a bit late of a review but better late than never).
The process pretty much went AS SMOOTH AS possible, given I already had struck a deal with the buyer. There were absolutely no Gotcha's and the price was a minute minute fraction of what the realtors take when they sell a home

We signed up with Reza for Lawyer services, as we were selling our home in Santa Clara ourselves (by owner), but had some potential family joint title issues. Reza is both a lawyer and realtor, and agreed to handle our legal issues and all closing activities. He did not give us the whole realtor pitch (If I heard one more of those from realtors who wanted our listing, my head would explode). We were not successful selling the house on our own, so we asked Reza to take over the listing as our realtor. He sold the house and handled everything quickly and professionally.

Reza was our listing agent for our luxury condo in San Francisco at One Rincon Hill. Before we even listed the condo for sale, Reza did a lot of research for us, looking at comps in the area and giving us sound advice as to what the listing price should be. Furthermore, the unit was a rental and so I was not familiar with the market in SF nor did I have any connections for repairs/cleaning/furniture, etc. Reza arranged repairs of fixtures/appliances, he arranged painting, cleaning, carpet replacement and he arranged the rental of furniture to stage the unit which was completely bare once our tenant

I would give Mr. Khan 10 stars if I could! He really helped my family and I in a very difficult time.
He was able to stop the foreclosure of our house and put if off for several months. In the end, we actually got money back from the sale of the house. Mr. Khan is very honest, trustworthy and a wonderful attorney. He was alway in communication with us and really stood by us and helped us through the process!! Highly recommended!!!
