At BTaft Fitness Personal Training, we teach our clients to achieve & sustain exceptional results. There is a lot of conflicting information out there on diet & exercise, so don't go it alone & burn out before you get started. Brandon Taft (founder of BTaft Fitness) picked up his first pair of dumbells when he was 12 years old after falling in love with the Terminator & Rocky movies.

He very quickly excelled in powerlifting - winning the first bench press competition in Rochester and holding an unofficial world record for his age and weight. Brandon has fought in the octagon & trained in several forms of martial arts. After suffering a severe injury, Brandon gave up on fitness & gained a whole bunch of weight living an unhealthy lifestyle.

1-on-1 Personal Training is for those who want extra accountability & a personalized focus on achieving fitness goals. We make sure you are eating and exercising properly for your desired goals. Group training provides a positive and encouraging environment to achieve your health and fitness goals.
The program is named Forever Fit 36 because we want you to improve your fitness not just for 36 weeks. A 36 week life-changing program designed to transform you from a beginner fitness level to becoming stronger & leaner while gaining endurance & confidence as you undergo your transformation. Forever Fit 36 is designed to enable beginners and professionals alike to achieve perfect form and high performance.

I came to Brandon after multiple elbow and wrist surgeries. He listened to what i wanted to achieve as well as what I was actually able to do. He is great! In 5 weeks my cardio is off the charts better, strength and flexibility in my arms is returning and i feel fabulous. I could not have found a better trainer. Fully recommend!

Brandon is a phenomenal trainer who takes the time to listen and understand what his clients are looking to achieve. He truly cater each session to your goals, and creates an environment where you want to give it your best shot, even if you fail. I'd highly recommend giving BTaft Fitness a try.

I participate in a group program run by Brandon and he is always conscious of the varied levels in the room and tailors the workouts as needed for each individual. This is much appreciated. He is consistently upbeat, encouraging and motivating throughout each session. I would recommend Brandon to any person looking to start OR ramp up their fitness program.

I am glad I found Brandon. He is, cordial, professional, smart and accommodated me at his gym. He gives a 1.5 hour workout that includes weight training, stretching and cardio. It is worth the rate he charges. It is real hard to find a great trainer. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I was very hesitant to get a personal trainer, but after seeing Brandon's fitness content on Facebook, I couldn't help but reach out to him! I myself am not a beginner in the weight room but I was desperate for a new routine and diet plan. Brandon was very informative with everything, got me set up with a diet plan, and took me through three workout sessions to make sure I could learn it and then do it on my own!
Doesn't matter if you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced in fitness. Brandon is the man you want to work with to take you to the next level in your fitness journey!

Having Brandon as a trainer has helped my overall fitness in so many ways. Not only does he stress muscle toning but also balance.
