This place is so bad that I am not even sure where to start...
On my move-in day, I walk into my apartment for the first time to see piles of trash, dog hair, uncleaned tubs and sinks, and various other issues. The previous tenant must have been out for weeks (based upon the dust build-up) yet they did not have it cleaned whatsoever.
Then the February winter storms hit, and I understand that they have no control over that, but the way they handled the recovery was being poor. They had construction crews onsite 6 days a week and various workers were caught on my porch, sitting on the wall by my

Before me and my fiancé moved in, we read all the reviews. I am not sure of everyone’s situation and what the last management crew might have been apart of but the current management has been great to me and my fiancé so far. We’ve been moved in for a couple months now. Management has done a great job at making us feel taken care of. The apartment building itself does have its issues, don’t get me wrong, but at the end of the day, no apartment building is going to be perfect. I am loving the location, the friendly neighbors and the very dog friendly environment! Thumbs up so far!

Toured this beautiful property and cannot wait to move here! Walking in I was greeted with professionalism and smiles. The office staff was so nice and helpful. Richard, the property manager, took me on a tour of the property and showed me the apartment I would be moving into. He answered all my questions and then some. After our tour he took me back to the office and I was able to meet Heather and Ida. Fantastic team! This property is definitely on the top of my list!

Living here started off great but then started declining. Most importantly is the fact that the WiFi which is mandated by the apartment is horribly slow and being that we don't have a choice to change to a provider of our choosing we are let to manage it as is. Working from home has been the absolute worse because i routinely get disconnected and at this point it's become normal for me which is horrible. Same thing with the cable, it is also mandated and automatically included on your rent without a choice of choosing.

Hopefully new management has changed this place around. First problem you can hear everyone around you. The parking garage was under construction almost last 7 months of living there so never had parking. When the winter storm hit, I was given 15 mins to figure out where I would move to. Gave us a dirty apartment which was promise to be clean before we moved in(dusty, fire alarm broken, oven almost caught on fire due to dirt, and dead bugs everywhere, etc) didn’t clean until we complained 3 times which was 2 weeks later. Never gave us updates on our apartment being fixed. Promised we would move

There's a laundry list of things going on at this property that are definitely areas of opportunity. Don't be under the assumption that since this property is in the same vicinity of other quality homes it is of the same caliber. I blame myself for not having looked thoroughly at this property before signing a lease. If I knew I'd be moving into these problems I would have bit the bullet and stayed at my old property and payed the extra 100-200 bucks.
The parking garage is disgusting, it constantly reeks of garbage due to the location of the trash chutes. It also doesn't

If I could leave negative stars I would. I lived at Crest from April 2019 to February (March) 2021, the prior management was a delight and returned voicemails/emails in a timely fashion, the building, location and neighbors were great, until Draper Kramer took over. My apartment, along with other neighbors were affected by the storms in February. I had intended on finishing out my lease and just transferring apartments but the property manager Nicole and the staff in the office lack of effective communication and follow through made that option not feasible. I had paid my March rent in full on

Just moved in this week, received parking sticker yesterday and was towed last night. Filled out paperwork with car plates and description before last week. I figured I would have a few hours to put the sticker on or they would run plates at least. Went to go put the sticker on today, car gone, $300 to get it back.
