Availability/Hours: Unreliable, not updated on Google/website. The office changes operating hours randomly and posts updated hours on a printed paper that they tape to their door. Office closes for a 1 hour lunch break every day. Additionally, in my experience, almost all calls go straight to voicemail.
Front Desk: Untrained, unexperienced, lackadaisical. I went in during operating hours to purchase contacts and they said I have to come back the next day, because the "girl who does that already left for the day."

I have been a patient of Dr. Pirrone for many years and I have always found her to be thorough and attentive, a great doctor! Unfortunately, I have found the front office staff, especially the front desk attendants to be absolutely dreadful. For the most part, they have the demeanor of petty bureaucrats and become condescending if you ask questions that they apparently don't want to hear.

I am seeing Dr. Pirrone at this office. While Dr. Pirrone is nice, friendly and knowledgable, the front desk receptionists are rude, arrogant, and condescending. I do not mean to try to get them fired. However, it is just such a pain when they messed around my appointment time, For example, they canceled my appointment without notifying me. When I arrived at the clinic, the doctor is simply not there. Another time, they did notify me, but only 30 minutes ahead of appointment time. It's a huge disappointment to see them every time when I have to go there to see my eye doctor. I think it won't take

The most professional, patience and friendly Eye Doctors I have ever had! Doctors take time to exam and explain every details of all my concerns. The other staffs are friendly and professional on what they do. I have been seen my eye doctors here for many years, and always very happy with their service! Been seeing Dr. Pirrone for a few years now. She's very professional, very personable, and I appreciate her feedback and recommendations. Her staff is excellent. The pandemic made some tests tricky to maneuver, but her staff were great at keeping everything sanitized. Will keep supporting her business.
