Dr. Lin graduated from University of California Los Angeles UCLA and Doctor of Optometry from UHCO School of Optometry.
She received her externship training in Palo Alto Veteran Hospital Low Vision Blind Center. She served as full time doctore in Kaiser Permanente Fontana branch Southern California 1997 and worked at various private practrices, chain stores, and nursing homes. I was in a rush. They booked me even though it was after hours. And took care of me quickly. Had to wait for my contacts to be ordered. They arrived promptly and I was notified the same day. I didn’t pick them up till like a month later because they gave me some spares.
Had a great no hassle experience. Would recommend to anyone who does not want to spend hours listening to the doctor scold you about taking care of your eyes and wants an in and out experience.

I have had my yearly eye exam at Zuzai since they opened the shop. Over these years, their service is always as good as first time I visited. Dr. Lin's examination is very thorough, detailed and resulted excellent lens prescriptions. Her staff are very nice and professional. Whenever I have questions about my prescription or need adjustments, they always try to help as best as they can.

I went here because it was close to my home & because my family member had an exam here. I should have asked my family member how their experience was before going because the moment I walked into the store, I knew I would regret it. Upon entering, the receptionist stared at me without saying a word-- not only was it awkward because there was nobody else in the store, she was rude when I asked her if I could make an appointment.

I have been here many years and I always have pleasant experiences. They have lots of frame selection and many brand name frames. They are nice to customers and offer free tea and coffee in waiting area. Even kids have many toys to play and get free sticker and treats.
I don’t have insurance but they give me discount and help me fix glasses. My husband’s eyes are not very good but doctor has been very nice and caring for many years. I know the doctor is also involved with charity and out-reach service and help people with vision needs. They are very caring store. This This just my personal

Staffs hired in the front are lacking of professional knowledge. They also do not really follow up with costumer’s concern with poor costumer service. Poor team communication within the office due to poor documentation, so they really could not follow up with you in you come back on a different day. I regretted coming here for my optical service, and I recommend Dr. Lin to hire professional staffs to improve the professionalism at the office, otherwise I don’t recommend this place at all.

Edit: A couple months back, they did make an effort to mend the situation. They refunded what I paid out of pocket And my insurance so I can go elsewhere if I wanted too but my experience still stands.
They seem to assist/give better service when you can speak their language (chinese-i don't know which). Language barrier, broken English. But I wanted to give them a shot, an eye place is an place right? What can go wrong.
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!
*My issue was a problem with the prescription lenses for glasses that I received from them. Granted
