The doctor I visited there is good. However, his primary assistant was a bit rude to me after I called them to express that I did not fit well with the prescription. During my second visit, the doctor said I did not need to come back if I was happy with the prescription. But I did not feel comfortable with that prescription. When I called in, the assistant just stated that the prescription is finalized, and questioned why I called with a very unwelcome tone. Then she expressed that they did everything they could and asked for extra charges for an additional appointment.

Went for my first eye exam in a SUPER long time and was really impressed. The ladies up front were nice and very helpful. The service was great and prompt. Eye dr was informative and explained things in a way I could understand. Altogether they were great. Would definitely recommend this location 👍👍

I walked in to make an appointment and I got lucky as there was an opening with a wait of 20 minutes. I had my eyes checked a couple years ago and never followed up getting glasses.
I decided it was time to get another exam following up with getting glasses, which by the way, this Costco at Country Club and Baseline area, was fantastic at helping me with frames etc.
The young man who gave me the exam was so nice and accommodating. I felt comfortable and he was so good at finding the correct perception for my eyes. I would definitely recommend this location as I know the eye exam centers are independent

My second time seeing Dr. Thomas (for a glasses and contact exam) at this location and he has been nothing but kind, thorough, and always listens. The team that works in this office is patient and welcoming. Its been very easy to schedule appointments, both of mine were even next day appointments. Exams are VERY reasonably priced (no insurance) so doesn't hurt the pockets at all. I will continue to visit this location yearly for my exams!

Fantastic experience! Dr. Waters spent plenty of time with me fine-tuning my prescription--checking and rechecking to make sure I left her office with the right prescription. I've visited other optometrists in other Costcos in the Valley, and Dr. Waters and Perks of Eye Care were the best by far. Easy scheduling process, too!

I was so happy to get an appointment with Dr. Yale Tosh Thomas again this year for an eyeglass exam. He is so personable, professional and courteous, and of course, I also feel he is very adept at assessing my vision. My last Rx at the time was perfect, and this time he showed me how I see that Rx now compared to the new Rx he came up with and wow! I trust that I'm going to see wonderfully with my next pair of glasses, just like I did the current pair.

I have been seeking a new optometrist since my favorite retired in 2004. Finally...for the past couple of years Dr. Jarred Perkins has been in practice at my local Costco. He recently has become the sole practicing physician, to my utter delight. Upon entering, you are greeted and treated in a friendly, professional manner. Dr. Perkins is thorough, diligent and displays high standards. I consider him to be MY optometrist. Do yourself a favor and visit this practice... You will not be disappointed!
