Bump on my skin from the acrylic it itches so bad. I was annoyed the lady told me it was 50$ for "long" nails then charged to 60$ after speaking to the manager and I brought someone with me who heard 50 to so i was confused on what changed, originally wanted longer nails but she kept cutting them down she wasn't listening to me at all! reason being I asked the price for the ones she was deciding to give me which was 50$ yet I'm pretty sure she was new or something she kept laying the acrylic on my skin and using to much it was burning and then she didn't know how to make

Tracy was amazing at nails not bumpy she really takes her time and the sweetest girl…although DO NOT suggest getting a pedi the lady was a short haired kinda old lady she said my toes were chubby and was gossiping in vietnamese i felt very very upset at the service and the people i just did not enjoy it..will be giving 3 stars because of tracy but i’m never ever getting a pedi there again

First I have to say I got right in with no appointment because they were really staffed up, which is always a win for me!
So I came in with broken acrylics hanging on by my real nail, just barely. Talk about PAINFUL. The gentlemen that took care of me was so kind, gentle, and mindful of the pain I was in while he helped me. He kept making sure the pain wasn't too bad for me throughout the entire time. I will be back once my nails fully heal. Thank you for your kindness.

I had an awful experience today. I was overcharged for a horrible flower. The first picture is what I wanted and the second was what I got. They redid it 5 times and still charged me $10 for it and left this ugly flower on. All of the nails are a different size, and way too thick. I was also overcharged for shellac on my toes. I was told only $10 extra for gel on toes.And when I was paying, they told me it was $22 extra instead of $10. I would give 0 stars if I could. Save your time and your money.

Service was super rushed to the point of not finishing the steps of the pedicure and polish wasn’t done correctly, as you can see half is darker than the other side. When the man was finished, he left me waiting for flip flops that never came. Sad because this was my go to nail salon, but I will be finding another.

This was my go to nail salon when I lived here 6 years ago. I just moved back to the area a few weeks ago and was SO happy they were still here. Same excellent customer service and professional service. My nails have never looked so good! SO many colors to choose from. 🤩They don’t waste anytime or force you to get any extra services like most salons I’ve been to. Very relaxing atmosphere! Thank you!

I've been here over ten times. In the past they have always done a good job but nothing to Yelp about. HOWEVER, today I went in for dip French tips. This is my first time with Kathy and she is incredible. She asked if I wanted to do ombré nails. Yes, it is an additional $15 but it was so worth it. I showed her a picture and she went to work. She felt bad for taking about an hour but I loved it. She focused on the details and checked in with me to make sure that I liked what she was doing. From now on I will be asking for her!

Makes me sad seeing some of the bad reviews about this place. Had a wonderful experience coming here for the first time. Kathy is a perfectionist and so sweet! I've never had my nails look so clean. It's obvious she cares about her work! One of the guys even brought me neosporin for a cut I previously had on my thumb. You gained a new fan. Thank you so much

First time here. Never coming back. I wanted 325 and as the picture shows, it wasn't exactly the same. I didn't anticipate the amount of pinkness my nails had. When I told the lady doing my nails that it wasn't what I expected, her response was "drink more wine, it look nice". Since I was also getting my toes done, I couldn't just walk out. My toes turned out nicely, but I didn't care of the nail color that I clearly said wasn't a good match. Nope, not going again.

I've been looking for a home nail salon in North Dallas/Addison area and finally found one! Me and my boyfriend went for pedicures & I got nexgen done. I've never been so happy with the shape of my nails before! Ken did a great job. Everyone was really nice, professional, the drinks were good, and the place is beautiful. My boyfriend and I both loved our pedicures & felt like the technicians really took their time

I won't ever go here again!!! My girlfriend and I went in during our lunch and the Tech put water in the bath, etc. AND.............. just left me to sit there and work on another customer who walked in AFTER ME! just left me there sitting in cold water. I was so very upset and about to walk out. I will never pay for service to be treated so poorly.
