My friend said they never had a pedicure so I found the closest one with the best reviews. I fully understand why Escape Nails Salon has so many good reviews. We were to walk-ins and were seen immediately. The nail techs were very fast and very good. My friend enjoyed it so much they’re going to go back regularly. When I’m back in town, we’ll make it a point for us to go back. Fastest and best pedicure I’ve ever had. My nails and feet look great two weeks later.

My first experience here was so nice and calming. I was serviced by a very sweet lady named Judy. She did a great job. I tipped her and she provided me with her card.
Today was one of the most embarrassing experiences I have had in a very long time. I called, made an appointment and showed up on time. After I was a little over halfway finished being serviced, Judy advises me that per Linda she has to leave my appointment and assist Linda with her appointment that came late. I said but I have an appointment with you. This was disregarded. I was the only brown person being serviced and I also was

I tried this place for the first time and it’s amazing. Michelle did a great job on my nails, very detailed and precise. Everyone is very friendly, especially Linda is very sweet and checks on every customer. I have been to a lot of places but I really like this one and wana continue going there. Thanks

I have been coming to Escape Nails for some time now. They always do a great job and charge accordingly. The owner Linda is great and always has new nail ideas. Recently I had Michelle and I asked for the Chrome dip nails. She was fast and did a great job. I got so many compliments about my nails. They still look great 2 weeks in,

Very impolite and unprofessional.
Their head is named Linda who shouts, does not let the customer talk.
I have had bad experiences with them and recommend you to stay away from this nail salon. They can destroy your day by their ugly attitude.
Because it is very close to my house, I tried their service a few times and had dip powder and gel manicure as well as Pedicure service. The service is not good and the people working there are very sensitive to any complaints.
They cannot speak English well. They are rude .

Great place for a manicure or pedicure. My wife goes here all the time and loves it. Reasonable prices, great work. I've even gone with her and couldn't recognize my feet afterwards, they were totally sandal-ready.

Linda and her staff is exceptional!! She has created such a warm and inviting environment. I have visited many nail salons and the customer service at ESCAPE is bar none the best! I highly recommend!

I absolutely adore this place, I won't go anywhere else. Linda and her crew are amazing nail artists with fair pricing and tons of options as far as offerings. I've been going to this salon for almost 2 years now and don't have any complaints.

This was my 1st experience getting a full set at this Nail Salon; and Judy did an excellent job. She listened to what I wanted, and it came out exactly how I wanted. I also got a pedicure, and they did a great job on that also. The one thing I hate about getting a pedicure at some places is that they tend to let the gel polish float to the cuticle, and as time goes by the gel starts to lift. Not at Escape Nails, they mad sure to clean the cuticle area before curing. My husband also received a pedicure, and he enjoyed it also. Great job Escape Nails!👍🏽

I was not happy at my first visit which was about 3 weeks ago and wrote a review how I felt about it. Linda commented back that if I go back she will fix the problem which she did with the discount price. Judy did a great job with my dip powder manicure that wasn’t right at first.Today I went back for one of my nail that needed a repair and Linda did it without a charge. I am happy with the service so I want to go back more. One week old dip powder manicure picture that still looks fresh is posted with this review.

I went in for a Gel Manicure and a pedicure. When my mother and I walked in it was UPSELL UPSELL UPSELL, even after saying NO!

She talked me into getting her to "extend" my natural nails, however they got filled down past where my nail originally was. WHAT WAS THE POINT!?!

In addition, in the middle of my mani/pedi Linda went over to welcome regular customers, that's fine; but she was with them talking and helping them for over 6minutes.. she was getting them water, helping them pick nail colors and styles.... while leaving me sitting...

She went on to almost finish my nails

WOW. I spent 150$ on a mani pedi for me and one pedi for my friend. The women who is the manager bombarded us while we where in the middle of getting our nails done trying to confuse me and over charge me, she kept adding things and then giving me random prices, what I wanted was VERY simple ... The women doing my nails did them half a$$ and cut me REALLY bad THEN SPRAYED Alcohol on them right after!!!! I'm appalled and I cannot believe I spent A HUNDRED AND FIFTY dollars for a crooked pedicure that didn't even feel relaxing AT ALL and a terrible manicure. They took FOREVER on my friend

Since my old nail salon moved to Allen it's been too far of a commute for me. I found Escape Nails through google and will never go anywhere else! ASK FOR LINDA!! She did an amazing job ok my nails and made them look natural. I've got so many compliments and referred a couple of friends to her salon. Ask for HENRY if you are getting a pedicure!!!

The staff is attentive and ensures the health and safety for all of the clientele. I love Kim she does an awesome job at pedicures and give the best foot massage ever. Judy does my nails and they are perfect every time. The owner sends out texts to get feedback every time and does everything she can to improve the experience even though it is already wonderful. I give them 5 stars.

I have been to this location a few times and they are amazing,friendly and clean. The ladies their will help you choose a polish that matches your toes! They have many different choices of mani/pedi choices to choose from for decent prices. They tell you what the price prior to starting so you are not surprised when they are done and give you the bill. They are fast and efficient! I would definitely definitely recommend this place to have your nails done!

Tommy did an outstanding job in my Christmas themed NexGen nails - no pain at all. Very friendly and nice too! Henry did an outstanding job on my toes, too! Very happy and looking forward to coming back! Good atmosphere in salon too.

I've usually had amazing experiences with Escape Nails, but this time was completely different. Not only were my nails left with sticky residue all over my finger (I attached a picture AND I also washed my hands throughout the day and they were still there). Additionally, the person who did my nails gave me huge cuts on my cuticles that hurt every time I wash my hands or do anything that expose my cuticles.

My manicurist was also visibly annoyed every time I pulled away (obviously in pain) and snatched my hand right back. She didn't try to be careful after I obviously took my hand away

They do a good job and they are very nice.

It was a lot more peaceful than the shop I usually go to play music, have the tv up, and talk to each other the. whole time which is super annoying. I really appreciate that. It's supposed to be relaxing.
