I have lived here since March 2018, I have rented their large 2 Bdrm apt, overlooking Legacy Parkway and Farmington Bay. I love it here!
Mega-plex Theater, Shopping, Dining, etc, are very close.
However, since the wonderful State of Utah, allowed trucks on Legacy in January 2020, the continuous drone and noise is terrible.
In addition, I have experienced many changes in staff, and management here. Further, Keller Properties Inc, is the current owner. They have a staff and management team here, namely, Steven Epps and Sydney Peterson, that are excellent and work together quite well, very professional

I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone needing a place to call home. Due to the superior service we receive day after day by Ben and Brad, we decided to remain at Park at Legacy Trails. This place is managed and maintained extremely well and is the cleanest of all the apartment complexes we looked at in the Northern Utah area. The neighbors are friendly and the complex is located close to shopping and eating establishments.

Lived here for a year. The parking is awful. There were plenty of times I had to park across the whole property to find a spot. Then I had to walk a good 10 minutes just to get to my unit. They claim they have “fiber internet”. My first day I moved in I was pulling 3mbps. I had to wait 3 days before talking to their internet company just so I can get enough speed to watch Netflix. Since then I’ve pulled a good 140mbps- far from the 1000mbps that was promised. There’s been a few occasions where the whole building's internet was out for a weekend.
