I've lived here about a month so far and have not been impressed. When we first moved in we were not given information about many things. We weren't given any info about how to set it up or activate our security system, leading to our alarm going off with no way to deactivate it (at 11:00 at night). Luckily the maintenance guy was very helpful and willing to help us that night! We weren't told about parking, not given a key fob to the amenities, and our mailbox hasn't been switched over to our names yet-even after asking them and the post office. Another main issue we've been having is our power

These apartments look very nice, however so far we have not been impressed with the service here. When we first moved in we were given no information about how to set up our mail, security system, or use the facilities. We have been living here for about a month now and have had several issues with our electricity. Power will randomly shut off in the kitchen, hallway, or bedrooms. Our shower has not drained since we moved in and despite turning in two maintenance requests for them to come look at it, it has not been fixed yet. They have been redoing the resident portal, which could have lead to

I wish I could give Park Lane Village an infinite number of stars!
I moved here from the East coast never having visited and I couldn't be happier. It's located about 20 minutes north of Salt Lake, 45 minutes from park city, 5 minutes from beautiful hiking trails, directly next to Legacy Parkway Trail, and right across from Station Parkway (an outdoor mall).
Park lane has everything from a dog park, dog washing station, playground, pool, hot tub, secure package center, phenomenal staff, and great neighbors!
I've met some of the kindest most selfless people from living here!!
I have to give

I really appreciated Richard showing us the property and amenities 🙏 I love the updated amenities! The apartments community is very well taken care of. They make sure the trash cans are frequently picked up. They teamed up with Spruce to provide extra amenities and helping hand with common household cleaning needs. Great place to live!

Even though it is expensive living in Utah apartment-wise (especially solo), this place has been the best place to live in my past 6+ years of residing here. Great location since everything you might need is in close proximity. For someone without a car for the last 10 years, having the Frontrunner station a stone's throw away is super convenient. They always get maintenance tasks done in a timely fashion with excellent quality. Office is extremely kind and helpful in every aspect. Love Park Lane Village and would recommend to anyone searching for a place to live who has the ability to move here

I feel like it's very unfair that for residents to own a bike they have to rent a storage or a garage. Is there no way to invest in something like bike racks?
Also, the 60 day notice to vacant is too intense. Most apartments do 30 days and paying 2 months rent for this place if an emergency happens is not cheap!
On the positive side, the maintenance team is very quick to fix things in the apartment when something goes wrong.
It is also a great location where it's right by the train and the mall area.

One thing I wish someone would have warned me about is the noise. Seriously, I've never lived in a louder place. Trains, trax, traffic, and barking dogs make it impossible to open your windows at night. And the walls are paper thin. How thin, do you ask? I can literally hear my downstairs neighbors snore at night. Yep, they're THAT thin!
If the sounds of public transportation, yapping dogs, and muffled TVs don't deter you, you'll probably be incredibly happy here. Office staff and maintenance are FANTASTIC, and the apartment finishes are nice. The pool is way too small for

I will add more detail in the future (once we've had to speak with our lawyer) but for now I need to adjust my rating for this apartment complex due to recent interactions with complex management which have been really suboptimal. My opinion on this place has gone from "the layout of the unit is poor, and we're tight on space, but there's still a lot to like" to "I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone." I'll share specific details once I have clearance from our lawyer to share.

Park Lane Village...I love this place! The location is perfect for my needs and the exceptional staff has always been helpful. Within the office, I have collaborated with Madi, Jardee, and Danny and each one of them uphold and exhibit professional mannerisms that best accommodate residents' needs. I am aware of some other, sour reviews, but my experience with staff, facilities, location, cost and convenience have sealed the deal with me and I am happy that I have renewed my lease and continue to call Park Lane Village my current home!

Only given a one star to this place because of the location. Other than that, it always has been a terrible experience. Management team does not take their residents seriously.
When I moved in to my apartment, I did not have a dishwasher for two months. Maintenance requests are always forgotten and I had to remind them many times about it. Every time you go to the office, you're not welcome unless you're someone new looking to rent a place.
Every time I've been to office with a request, that Manager Vivian, she's never interested to sit down with you and welcome your visit

Apartment complex is great! The train is very loud every 15 minuets but it becomes background noise. The complex itself is very well kept. Marine veteran is great. The only issues I have had are with the front office. They take a long time to resolve any issues and there are always little mistakes happening such as being charged higher rent because they don't tell their billing system you resigned your lease. Overall it isn't a bad place to live but I wouldn't call this place home for a long period of time.

Overall, I've been very happy here. I think there are certain policies/areas that could be improved, though. For example, maintenance is courteous but relatively slow (I've become accustomed to waiting about a week to get even small things fixed). The carport where I park was damaged by a storm a week ago and still hasn't been fixed, despite it being potentially damaging to cars underneath it.

Some good, lots bad.
Note: I usually try to keep my reviews brief. Since deciding on a place to live requires more information that what sandwich to order, however, this review is longer.
We have been living at Park Lane Village for just over a year. We thought we would share our experience, good and bad, for those who may be thinking about moving here.
The Good
Our apartment (2 bed, 2 bath) was spacious and clean. It featured lots of cupboard room, and it included a washer and dryer. The master bathroom tub was large, as was the walk-in closet.
The apartments are only a few years old

The apartments are nice, but small for the price. The staff is also friendly and the amenities are alright.
Base price for my single bedroom at 650 sq ft was $800 per month. They also have a mandatory monthly fee for cable which is $100+ and chargedt $50/mo for a garage.
They also have a 60-day move-out notice policy, which they will enforce even if your lease is only 30 days from being expired. I find it very difficult to secure another apartment 60 days ahead of time, so this was very inconvenient for me.
My unit was on the side of the trains and frontrunner and they would cause my apartment

I have never been happier living in an apartment than right here! It's close to everything and the staff is incredible. They work so hard to make everyone happy and welcome. We love the monthly activities they have each month within the community. Our moving process was easy and fast! Not only that, our unit felt brand new because of how clean and maintained they keep it. I highly recommend this complex.
